Great service! Great breakfast! Fried chicken Wednesdays and Fish Fridays.

The food was palatableWith a decent taste.Potroast had carrots nothing else .Where's the potato and onion or green beans? Just carrots ?For the $ amount charged the rather small portion was dissapointing.

Inexpensive, food so-so. Had red beans and rice which were good. Mustard greens that accompanied it were overcooked, sweet potatoes had sugar or syrup added, unpleasantly sweet. Outdoor seating is available but right next to parking lot, amount of shade limited.

Yummy. This place has a simple menu but it was really good. It felt like my grandmother or mom made my breakfast (in a good way!!) affordable and worth a stop !

Good food cooked faster than normal. We live in mid-city now and didn't realize it was so close. We will be back for breakfast too, to give it a try. Got the catfish today.

Great little lunch place! We had the pot roast and it was well-seasoned and delicious. My favorite part was the cornbread! I loved it! My son had a burger and I had a bite of it; it was juicy and tasty. My family and I really enjoyed eating here!

Fantastic local food. Crawfish etoufee was sublime. Perfectly spiced and tasty. Service was great! Awesome place to dine!

My partner and I both ordered the Zeeland slam for breakfast. Everything was perfectly cooked and came out quick. The breakfast potatoes were the best part. Lots of flavor. Greasy but that's where a lot of the flavor comes from. Table tops are sticky but I believe that's from whatever they're glazed with and not from not being wiped down. We'll be back to try the lunch menu.

I liked the restaurant atmosphere with big windows and natural light, lots of space and bright colors. A good number of menu choices. My to go lunch selections were generous in size but all seemed watered down in taste and texture (and only 1 shrimp & 1 crab piece in my gumbo). I wish I had added some seasoning salt and hot sauce. I think the cornbread and red beans with sausage were the best among the items that I tried. The greens weren't good.
