So it’s frozen Tyson chicken snacks… And they have stolen my card info in the past. I only go now with cash but not sure why I keep going when I already know the quality is garbage as the employees are rude AF.Cookies are fire though.
Just last week we ate at another location where the portions were larger and the food was fresh. In this case the chicken fingers were small and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. The cups of cole slaw were noticeably smaller (about half the size) and the bread was missing from half of the orders. No sauce was provided nor offered. At least the facility was clean.
Now I know why there was no one there at noon on a Saturday, food was terrible and my order was shorted 2 pieces of chicken. Just go to chic-fil-a

Very poor experiences as of late. Did online order, and they sent to wrong store. After repeated attempts to refund money, manager finally got on phone and said they couldn't do anything. Had to drive across town to get order and when I got there, was met with employee who didn't want to give me the food which was already cold since I had to drive so far to get. Every time I try to give Zaxby's another chance, they find more than one way to disappoint. I never give any place really bad reviews, but Zaxby's, dangit, y'all are horrible. What happened?
My food tasted great and I thought everything was fine until I popped the lid on my sprite drink and looked inside and there was an alive worm inside... I was disgusted and mortified. It was still moving... I had already drank all of my sprite so I'm sitting here wondering if I just consumed worms? And now I'm contemplating if anything was in my food...? I'm scared to go back now.

Drive thru was fast and efficient food was very good. Staff very friendly.
Used to be one of my favorite places, but the service at this location has seriously gone downhill. Order is never correct, and I've had to pull out of the line and wait on my last 3 visits.
