They are rude. I was told to go to another restaurant if I did not have a vehicle. I live on a campus. I walk most places around here. I would be okay with the fact they were not servicing at the walk up window, if the employees were not rude about it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the maybe General Manager, not sure who he was, contacted me to let me know what was going on. He seems extremely concerned about my issues. Sounded as though he honestly wanted to fix my issues.
Why are they still open need to update the menu and a customer should always be right about how they would like their food or shakes prepared not the cashier
Though the wait was a little long...it was definitely worth it! The hot dogs are great but you have to try the shakes. Apple jacks shake is hands down my new go to! The fruit loops shake is equally delicious! If you're over by campus, definitely go, it's the only one in Louisiana, I doubt you'll be disappointed.
The food is great but doing rush hour and lunch time the lines can get unimaginably long.only stop by if you have some time to spare.and prices are good too.better variety and quality then five guys no offense.lol

I was told they were closed during operating hours even though I already paid online.It took another 20 mins to complete my order during which time I was harrassed by a mentally deranged individual for money.
