Always delicious, I never have a bad experience at this place! We mainly go for the breakfast & its always always good! Would definitely recommend!!
This was my first time eating here. It's not usually on my routes. Have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Burger was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. It's most definitely somewhere I will eat again and would definitely recommend trying it if you haven't already. Woth the 5 stars.
Terrible! Dined in and waited almost 30 minutes for my food. My friend waited almost 45 minutes. They completely forgot about her order and had to “remake” it. They forgot her order completely, had to ask for the receipt to remember. After the receipt was given they still came back with the wrong order. Then had the nerve to argue with her about what SHE ordered. I repeat!! TERRIBLE. PLEASE GO TO THE NEW ONE BURBANK. save you a headache.
I just went through the drive through and the woman who took my order and gave me my food was the sweetest/kindness/ the best positive energy.. so refreshing bc people these days are Just awful. I wish I had her name.. a literal angel.
SO this is one of my favorite places to get a hamburger and their fries are normally on point. Today they were cold slightly oily no salt . I asked for a burger with no onions mine was load with fresh onions so I couldn't eat it the best part was the cinnamon roll. Because it's one of my favorite places I will try again but I will be a while really disappointed
Tried this for the first time today. Been in Louisiana for 10 months, and this by far was the best customer service!!! Food was fresh and quick too. Princess D took our order, greeted us and very kind. The store manager, a very nice woman, even came to our table to ask how everything was. Top notch service!!!

I placed a mobile order and redeemed a reward I forgot about. I chose curbside pickup and arrived about 3 minutes before the time the app said my order would be ready. right on time, it was brought out to me and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. as always with Whataburger
I had a 5 star experience at this Whataburger for lunch today. I was in a hurry to get to BR and then get back home... ran into Whataburger because their food is delicious. I was worried it would take longer than usual because it was just after lunch time at 12:50.I was greeted immediately by a very friendly clerk ready to take my order. The food only took about 2 minutes and I was happy to see that the changes I requested on the burger were followed exactly as requested. Good fries and burger. Very Fast!!
