Outstanding service great food!
Atmosphere was family friendly with great food.
I used to love Walk On’s, so when my daughter picked it for her graduation dinner I thought it was a good choice. We called Saturday to make reservations and they told us someone would call us back. We called back Sunday after they hadn’t called us, and someone told us we didn’t need reservations though we had a party of 15. I thought that was odd considering it’s graduation season but we believed them. However, after arriving Monday night the manager told us we’d have a 45-minute wait. Though we had family who needed to get back on the road, they agreed to wait it out. It took forever to get our food and then several of our group didn’t like their order. My son’s wings were wrong. My gumbo was cold and seemed old. The rice was hard on all the dishes. We spent most of the time looking for our server, and I wonder how she ended up taking a table of 19 by herself (we ended up having 4 additional guests). This was the worse Walk On’s experience I’ve had, and I hate it occurred on my daughter’s special day. We thought we’d be treating our family to a new experience, but this was far less than expected.
They had my food under the wrong name despite me spelling it out. Then I had to wait forever for my food. And when I got to my house the shrimp tacos didn’t have shrimp in them. When I called the restaurant back they offered to remake it but when I said I wasn’t driving back then offered to put me on a list instead of refunding me my money. See photo! Ridiculous. I’ll never go back there.
Great place to come sit at the bar and drink! Joanna has a great sense of humor and is an awesome bartender!! Great atmosphere
So glad I paid $60 on my Waitr order for food that wasn’t even what we asked for.Fried chicken in Buffalo wrap, no tomatoes, ranch on the side, and maybe some fries that weren’t completely soggy would be great next time. Walk-ons never ceases to completely disappoint.
Racist. They had us wait 50m for table but when we dine in, there were a lot of empty tables. No correct services.
A group us (7) went here for our last meal of this trip. All was great, the food came fast, our server did good. I had the cheese burger, ir rocked....
I took one bite of my pasta and it was nasty and not seasoned. I was polite about it and asked my waitress could I give it back in return for another dish or my money back. She was very nice and said that she would refund me but she would have to ask her manager to make sure. she went to go get the manager and I asked the manager if I could be refunded or exchange it for something else. He proceeded to consistently ask me why I didn’t like it and asked if I wanted a to go box even though i’m clearly telling him I do not want it and that it’s nasty. he refused to exchange it for something different or give me my money back. Instead he brought me a cup of sauce and a cup of dry Italian seasoning and walked off. I feel like if he didn’t want to let me exchange it or get my money back, he should’ve at least had the chef remake my pasta correctly instead of just giving me a cup of dry raw flakes and seasonings. I feel like I should’ve at least been given a discount or something. I payed for something I couldn’t even eat.!I could see if i ate half of the pasta and tried to return it but i literally took ONE bite. The manager wasn’t necessarily rude but he didn’t handle this situation how any other manger at other restaurants would. At any other restaurant the manager would’ve offered another meal as a replacement or would have just simply given my money back with no issues. I would’ve even been satisfied with just some fries or something rather than nothing. I had to sit there hungry while my peers got to enjoy their dish.
Only reason it’s getting two stars is because the food was not bad. It took me 45 minutes to finally get a glass of water (I’ve never gotten my food before my beverage before lol). Waitress did not check on our table for once due to conversing with another waitress group.
