Obviously didn't want any customers!No greeting as most do. One empty table that was not cleaned off yet. We sat down in hopes they would clean it off. Sat there for almost 10 minutes as staff just looked at us. Then waitress as she was serving others gave us evil look and with attitude said it would be awhile before she could clean off tableand we should have sat at counter where it was already clean. My sister asked if she wanted us to move and she said yes! We looked at the counter and it was also dirty so we left. Never ate anything. Don't recommend!!!
The food was delicious and everyone is very friendly. The restaurant was bright and welcoming.They also had food that was halal. Too many places only have pork based dishes, so it was really nice to find a place where I could eat.Its great food for a great price!
Stopped in here as we were passing through town. Every single person that worked here was so friendly and kind and make us feel so welcome. Service was exceptional and food was better then ever. The atmosphere was so refreshing and light. Richie was the best and we just loved his personality. Neisha was quick and so nice. Thank you!!
@THE WAFFLE HOUSE'S. Doing it all bye themselves only two employees ? ? Shout out to these men. I didn't hear one complaint from THEM employee's $now these are one's deserves extra extraordinary bonuses.
Let me start by saying,"I love Waffle House." I have eaten at Waffle Houses north to south, coast to coast over several decades. From their consistently tasty patty melt to scattered, smothered, covered 'brown's, I love Waffle House.That being said, this was the the second worst experience I have had at WH. After sitting and watching multiple people be waited on after my arrival(seated, orders taken, food delivered, bills paid) for about 15 minutes, I asked a server if anyone was working my section. The "waitress" responded aggressively telling me,"People was in front of you". I thanked her and continued to wait with my family. A little later she proceeded to try and put our napkins and silverware into the sticky syrup still on the countertop. When I asked her to please get a rag, she once again responded with a hostile mumbled response. She walked over to another employee, motioned to me and my family and made an overtly hostile face. I stood up, gathered my children, thanked this openly "friendly" server, and left. It's been awhile since I have been out and about in Baton Rouge. I guess I will blame it on Putin.....Update 5-25-22The store reached out to me for "details" and asked for contact information. I guess I appreciate "the effort", but after my hostile experience at this particular establishment, it seems foolish to give them personal info. They don't need to worry, my family and I will not inconvenience them with our presence again.
I VISITED THIS STORE TODAY, I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE, THE CUSTOMERS WEREN'T GREETED WHEN THEY WALKED IN, THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! TO MUCH GOING ON, STAFF HORSE PLAYING, TALKING AND LAUGHING TOO LOUD, THE SERVER DIDN'T COME BACK TO CHECK TO SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS OK,, JUST HORRIBLE, MANAGEMENT OR OWNER TO OFFER MORE TRAINING ON HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WON'T NE GOING BACK!!!
They’re not nearly as attentive as the staff at other Waffle House restaurants I’ve been to. Examples include the waffle was served without butter. The hash browns were served without ketchup. I had to ask for coffee 3 times and am still waiting. Still, it’s a good value and the food is good.
Food was OK but when I got home and opened up my order it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered GRITS and bacon and 2 once over easy eggs. Got GRITS and chopped up sausage instead bacon strips and scrambled eggs on top of the GRITS. They added cheese into my GRITS. It looked like mush. Their was a lot of grease in my container. Tried to call them and let them know they messed up my order but they don't answer their phones. Tried 5 times that day and at least that many times the next day. Still no answer. Big disappointment in Waffle House .
Food was cold.The place was filthy. Hashbrowns were not prepared as ordered.They were barely cooked. Asked for my eggs to be cooked over hard and they were over easy at best. Was never offered coffee refillsI wont be back.
Just got off work, wasn't able to have breakfast or lunch at work due to being extremely busy but right after work I came here and Ms.Charmaine aka Nikki was excellent, the food I ordered was made by her and MY GOSH! This lady needs a raise! 10/10 recommend this location with this amazing Lady working here!
