Waffle House at 18159 Highland employees has EXCELLENT customer service! Everyone was constantly asked "Is everything okay?, or "Do you need anything?" The employees welcome you as soon as you walk in. The orders come out speedily and correct. At this location I felt so appreciated and valued as a customer! And of course the food was hot, fresh and delicious!!!!

When I arrived at the store , I ordered my food I then noticed it wasn’t a lot of customers which I thought was good. The place was disgusting dirty dishes on tables and the stove was not cleaned .you would think it would be spotless since they wasn’t that busy. Everything was nasty including the food it was burnt. I’m never going there again. The eggs undercooked the steak Burnt the bacon burnt and the waitress had a nasty attitude. Horrible place.
I just got done driving 1125 mi to deliver unit it was early on Saturday morning the place was packed sat down at the counter took them about 10 minutes to give me my food it was quick it was easy it was good service was good definitely go back
I like breakfast at Waffle House. Going to the Highland location was a first.I wasn't given the trademark greetingAfter sitting down at the counter... I could see piles of food on the floor .. in the path of the waiters and cooks.My waitress took my order in good time.That is when it became clear that there was a serious breakdown in the process. It seemed to be centered around one of the cooks. Whole plates of food were thrown in the trash... waitresses were upset with how the food orders were forgotten or ignored. My breakfast came in stages... but, i was sympathetic for the waitress that knew what she was doing.. but the system was brokenI will continue to go to Waffle House
The cook did a great job making my meal. The waitress was very good. All she wanted to do was run her mouth. I don't think she ever took time to take a breath.
Service was ridiculous. It took a while for them to come and take our order and when the order came, I had to wait for my waffle and it was hard and cold. Their dishwasher was broken and the waitress stated that it was broken and washing dishes was not her job, when asked for cleaner glasses and table ware.
As I was excited to actually find a waffle house that lets you dine in, the wait was entirely too long last time I tried to go!! But the food and staff is always on point!!
I JUST ORDERED A HASHBROWN BOWL GOT HOME FOOD WAS HARD! BACON WAS HARD BURNT! IT WAS TO HARD TO EAT
Staff argued with one another and locked the door so no else could enter.My wife and I had a terrible experience after leaving church services.
