The steak pho was warm and delicious without tasting licorice-y. The tofu in the tofu spring rolls was thin and a little crispy, with warm peanut sauce. Everything we ordered was amazing with big portions.
This place is amazing. The food tasted so good! I ordered the beef pho w/ meatballs (large $12.99), beef pho rare (large $12.99), and a thai tea ($4.99). I really enjoyed the food because I really did NOT think I’d find good pho is this area. I was wrong. Thank goodness!!The bathroom didn’t smell like a bathroom and it was clean. The service was amazing, I was happy with my visit to this place. Thank you! Thank you!
Lovely place to eat! Delicious & lengthy menu choices...something for everyone. Vegetarian & gluten free options. Very generous portions. If you want authentic Vietnamese cuisine, here it is!
I felt so welcomed stepping into this beautiful vibrant restaurant!!! Everything is authentic, fresh and made with passion!!!! The owner his so sweet with her lovely stories !!!! Last but not least GET THE FRESH LEMONADE ITS AMAZINGGGGGG!!!!!
There are many great Vietnamese restaurants in Baton Rouge, and no disrespect to the others, but I always go to Viet Garden. Pho is fantastic, so flavorful with the freshest vegetables! Every time I go the staff is incredibly kind & helpful. Just a fantastic place!
Let me put it simple.... Best Pho place in town!.... Down miss it!
The food and the service used to be superb, but now, Viet Garden is not good. For example, they’ve changed their fried spring rolls to some kind of frozen roll full of cabbage. They used to taste homemade with noodles and carrots; no cabbage. The new ones are awful. The service used to be really nice. Now, they have some kids working there who are shockingly rude. I hear they are the niece and nephew of the owner, so they know they won’t be fired for a poor attitude. It’s really sad, because this used to be my favorite place, but now I go to Pho Cafe instead, because they are fantastic!
Super nice people, clean, fast and the Pho is delicious!
This was our first time eating here. The restaurant was pretty clean and we were able to order lunch pretty quickly. Everything was tasty. Peanut sauce could have a better taste. I would definitely come back.
I had the bun bo hue and it wasn't that spicy but still really good.
