What a wonderfully run establishment. Husband and wife team have really invested in their people and it shows in the service. Fast, Friendly, and Fresh.Tropical Smoothie may be a franchise, but this is the cleanest one I’ve been to. Just a short drive from the interstate, we stopped on our way back to Texas.Will definitely make a point to stop next time we are passing through Baton Rouge.
Waited over half an hour for a sandwich and got in trouble for opening the door for guests during business hours. Terrible slow and cannot handle even a small group of people. Will not be coming back any time soon very rude
Great time. Nice people. Need an online order line so I don't have to wait for the line of customers to clear to get food I already paid for
Paid 40 bucks for a doordash order and only got 75% of my order. Each item was labeled 1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc. I was completely missing item 3 of 4 and I called here and a very rude woman named Shade-a? Answered and stated they never saw the missing chicken pesto on the ticket. I have the receipt to show it was ordered also the fact that I ordered 2 smoothies and 2 flatbreads and only got 3 of the 4 items it was very clear this shade-a was lying. I will not be back. They owe me 7 bucks or a flatbread but honestly the other flatbread wasn’t that great that it’s not really worth it to me anymore. I still feel like this place deserves a bad review due to the horrible experience. Be careful not to get robbed when ordering from this place.
Love this place. Smoothie are always delicious and food is great too.
Good food, incredibly slow.I love the food and smoothies here. But every time I come here, the drive through line is ridiculously slow. I’ve never been to such a slow “fast food” restaurant. And you can’t dine inside.

I went this weekend. The lady who was taking orders was rude and I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order through the drive through. After that I had to wait an there 20 more minutes to get my order. The food was good and the smoothie was awful had chunks left in as if the it wasn't blended fully. I will not be returning to this location.
The manager down to the staff are awesome people first! Props to TK and YB , they definitely gained a customer today.
