I heard about the boudin kolache's when I first moved here, and I finally made it in! The boudin is delicious, flavorful, and not overly spiced! So many places now make it so spicy you can't enjoy it. They've nailed the mix here!The drive thru is always around the building and it's worth the wait! You can also go inside for counter service and there are some booths if you'd like to enjoy your food inside.The bakery is well maintained, clean and the staff is friendly.They also have a killer apple fritter - perfectly balanced crisp fried dough and apple cinnamon, and a light glaze that's not too sweet.I'll be back... Again and again.

Well being from Texas I was looking for my favorite Shipley's Donuts which is a fixture in almost every town in Texas. But I was not disappointed at all. Got several different kinds of donuts and jalapeno and cheese kolache and it was great. My chocolate covered ?? was pretty awesome too. I will go back. Enjoy your donuts. ?
