I’m always a little frustrated when coming here. They are all very young workers, not very friendly or attentive and I always feel a bit rushed. If I have questions, they aren’t very helpful either and if I’m paying this much for ice cream, at least give me decent service. Tonight I ordered two scoops but went back to add to my order since my daughter wanted a cone. I was trying to get it ordered and didn’t realize she had overcharged me significantly. I paid more for that single scoop than the first two scoops…but it had been a long day already and I didn’t feel like fighting over a few dollars with the teenager who rang me up (who had to ask for help…which is probably why I was overcharged). She just didn’t know what she was doing to begin with. Anyway, it was a simple order, no specialty milkshakes or anything, just a scoop of ice cream on a cone. I’m not sure what happened to the order I over payed for but by the time my daughter got it, the rest of us had long finished ours. She’s only six so she was a bit sad and impatient watching us eat ours. Lastly, the sad little scoop I ordered was half melted and not worth the price I paid. Next time I’ll make my own or just go to the grocery store.
This place was not good. First of all, they're charging you $12-17 for icecream they didn't even make. They use icecream you can buy from the store. The hype is purely around the aesthetics of the store and the dessert. The shake looks beautiful, but the icecream, baked good they top it with, and toppings themselves were not good. In fact, it was actually pretty bad. I'm pretty sure they don't make any of the ingredients in-store. Don't waste your money or daily calories. Go to Sonic or DQ for a good shake.
we went for my sisters birthday and it was such a fun experience. the staff was so nice and there were so many fun options. it was so delicious! when you get a milkshake you get to take home the jar. it’s very pricy. it works great for special occasions.
A one-of-a-kind ice cream experience! They have so many different flavors and several serving options to choose from. The portions are large, great for sharing with family/friends. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!
First time here and the ice cream and milkshakes are worth it! Kids loved it
About 18 for a sundae in a glass mug. You are able to keep the glass jar mug. There is a washing station on site to clean your glass jar. The only downside is the price. The please is clean. They get your ice cream/ sundae out in a timely manner.
Unbelievable selection of very tasty desserts the portions are ginormous peris ginormous. Ordered a two scoop and it felt like I could barely eat both of them
GREAT PLACE and great ice cream for the price. They don't skimp on the toppings at all. Everything is delicious. COME EARLY though, once the line starts forming, you have to wait outside and the seats fill up fast.
Heard a lot before we tried this place. It was packed when we went there around 3pm on sunday. But our mistake was that we all didnt go to eat so we wanted to bring home for the kids.. I loved their design and creativity but that couldnt be brought on a take out order. We wished we knew that before hand. But the staff were very accomodating, they tried their best to preserve the creativity as you can see in the pics. When it comes to taste it was so good. It does feel like a little on expensive side but one shake can be shared by two. Atleast we did..
