Delvin & Steve where amazing!! They accommodated myself and crew despite us arriving when the kitchen closed. I had the crab au gratin and it was so good! Crab meat was lump! Very good size and flavor. Thank you all so so much!! ?
The hours on google are wrong. Breakfast only. There is no linguini. "Normally we don't serve lunch" says the bartender. Walking directions by google are wrong. Sends you walking around the back of the hotel with a garage and no walk in entrance. By shrimp plate they mean deep fried shrimp. Shrimp Po boy is deep fried shrimp on bread.
Good food and pretty scenes!
KingFish always has good food but do not come here to eat if you have a group larger than 4. They do not allow you to move tables together and make it where families have to walk around in order to talk. Not fun for a celebration at all.
Drove out of the way to Kingfish Grill and it's closed.
Nice, quiet, subtle Louisiana styled dining area in this Hilton Hotel on the Mississippi River. Decent wine selection and fabulous small plates/appetizers. Shrimp, the Capitol House Portobello - easy to make an evening out of it. Really made us feel better after our long day at the airport! recommend

We checked into the Hilton where this restaurant is located because our flight out of Baton Rouge was cancelled due to bad weather. We knew this restaurant was decent having stayed here before and we didn’t want to go out in the pouring rain. At first we were worried because there was one woman who greeted and seated us and announced she would also be our server, but Helen was fantastic! She served us and two other tables, plus a huge party that came in after us.

Went for our anniversary and they did not disappoint.
