Food was just okay. Had the jambalaya and the gumbo. The rice was pretty tasty and my daughter loved it. The gumbo was too spicy for me, but was okay. The boudin sausage was a bit too soft for my taste. The puddins were really really good though. And the lady working was super sweet, all be it very busy as she was mostly alone.
Food is always hot and flavorful. Generous portions. Clean. Usually a very short wait after placing your order.
Dined alone by choice, hot, fresh, tender. Great service!

Great go to for a delish bucket of jambalaya. My new best place to entertain with a southern favorite that's FULL of chicken and sausage but NOT the icky tomato sauce.
Great jambalaya. Excellent customer service.
Very nice lady at the check out counter.
This was my first time, here, and I have nothing bad to say. The jambalaya and pork roast were great, and they have reasonable prices, too. I got it to go, but the dining area was clean and the cashier was polite and helpful. I'll be eating here every week!
It was very good my wife ate my jambalaya Bowl so now I'm going back to get some more
Terrible!!!I moved from Baton Rouge 4 months ago and waited for an opportunity to eat Jambalaya in the place that “was” my favorite. Before, I opened my package and saw a piece of bread separated by a paper from a jambalaya completely stuffed with meat and I was sad with what I found today, there was no bread and something like 5 small pieces of meat/sausage, not to mention that I had to stop at a convenience of post to ask for spoons and napkins because in the bag they gave me at the drive thru there was nothing! It's funny that the value didn't decrease with the quality of the product offered either!
