Came in the morning and waited patiently for someone to take my order but no one took my order or even acknowledge that I was there as though I was invisible.
Came in at 5:45 saw they closed at 6 hoped I made it in time and yes I did. The guy behind the counter served me quick and I was out of there. Got the protein bowl tasted as expected. From Shreveport I’d come back next time I’m through.
Slow, slow, slow...only go there if you really care about the ingredients. Get ready to wait and pay BIG for the privilege.

Go to their competitors… The bases to the bowls are horrible and had a jelly-like consistency, definitely too overpriced for what you receive.. The fresh fruit saved the bowl.. Also ordered a juice and for the most part all I taste is the water… Not worth the price & won’t be coming back… I’ve had much better but I decided to try them out for once, I clearly regret it.

Bowls, smoothies, and juices are great but take an absurd amount of time to make. Even if you’re the only person in the store, sit down while you wait because it’ll be awhile. Compared to other smoothie/bowl places such as main squeeze, fruits bowls and playa bowls, the time they take at the big squeezy seems ridiculous.
The BEST place for açaí bowls & natural smoothies! Very accommodating for personal preference. The young lady with long curly hair was a doll, and customer service is superb. Will definitely return.
