Texas Roadhouse never disappoint!... The one here in Baton Rouge is as good as the ones in Texas!!... I love this place!.... The food is great and affordable!... The rolls they serve warm and fresh are a luxury from heaven!
I went with a group of 5. I personally just ordered cheese fries with bacon. Total was like 12. Personally I was expecting the cheese to be melted and evenly distributed over the fries. The cheese was completely different. It had melted but had harden and I could literally pick the melted cheese up off the top of the fries and move it and just have fries. The bacon was pretty much at the bottom of the tray. So in order for me to eat the cheese and bacon with the fries I had to break a piece the cheese and grab a few bacon bits with each fry. Only giving 3 stars cause the bread was good and the other people I came with seemed to have enjoyed their food.
Christian Mims~ I have to say to go through leaving this review is not easy going through all the prompts. I did this because I am over 40. I have to say Christian Mims by the far is the most unique, great and respectful young man I have ever came in contact with. I’m not just saying this. I mean this! He is so pleasant to be around. He has made my out of town trip a pure pleasure. He needs to be praised, in a world that we live in, we need more Roadie’s like him.
Ordered food on App & specifically asked for a 2 WELL DONE burgers. Got food it was cold so I had to wait an additional 25 mins for them to remake food. Finally get home to enjoy food and both of my burgers have pink in them & not what I asked for!!
The food was good and the bread was delicious. My kids always enjoy their meals here and I love that it doesn't break the bank for my family of 5. Would definitely recommend eating here early on the weekends, because they typically get super packed after 6.
My cousin and I really had the best experience there today. Our server, Courtney, was the best waitress to us. She made sure we had everything we needed in a very timely manner and she even gave us a bag for our leftovers. We tipped her nicely because we felt she deserved it very much.
I don't usually leave a complaint about places because I know people try to do the best they can but this was very disappointing. We tried to go as a family, a party of 8, to the TRH on Siegen. my daughter who's favorite food is steak was looking forward to a good meal. when we got there we waited for about 10 minutes because we got there at about 11:30 on a Saturday which was fine, I know that's a busy time. when it finally came time for us to be seated, the hostess told us we would not be able to sit together. They would have to separate us because they can't have one server have such a big table in one section. What do they do with bigger parties who want to sit together? We have never encountered such poor service for a party of 8... Do better!
I have yet to have a bad experience here. Each time we go the food and service is top knotch. Ordered mango margaritas with a patron floater for $6 each! Cactus blossom was delicious. Both my husband and I ordered something other than steak tonight- I had the smothered grilled chicken with melted jack cheese... so good! Kudos to our server, he did a great job.
I asked for a draft beer of half of shinerbock and half blue moon and the waitress and bartender said they cant do that and then the manager came and told us there is no way the bartender can do that. We asked for 2 and i asked them to charge me one of each for inventory purpose. Draft beer is never accurate to the oz. I dont see why they couldnt do that. I asked for my steak Pittsburgh style and it came out regular. Our server kristian did a great job though
It was a little over our quote time but due to staffing issues we can see they were trying and nothing a few drinks from Kayla at the bar couldn't fix. Our 5 top got sat and was quickly greeted by Savannah. She took our drink order and was amazing getting everything out quickly. We noticed a few guests giving the manager a hard time about blocking the area behind the bar. They were very rude and were blocking the area on the area to the restrooms which I had to get through to use. All in all, the manager hanlded the situation very well and the staff did an amazing job.
