I had 2 hairs in my smoked salmon from the salad bar. I brought the concern to the attention of my waiter when he inquired about picking up my plate. I showed him the hair on my plate and the other one I places on the table. He removed the plate and the hair on the table. There was little concern from him in the moment, even though it was evident I was less than enthusiastic. He asked me how was the experience. I reiterated the food was fine, but the hairs in the smoked salmon put a damper on my experience. Again, my waiter appeared to have little concern for me or my experience at Texas de Brazil. I was not approached by a manager nor did my waiter strive to make my experience better. As a VIP card holder, this is not the Texas de Brazil I visited when the restaurant first opened in Baton Rouge.

The service was lacking, had to flag down wait staff for drinks ð¹ took forever. If youâre not sitting where the food comes out, it talks forever to get meat, itâs all gone when it reaches the outter area tables. Just ok in my opinion, donât need to go back
We pretty much got full off the salad bar. I eat my steak well done and they cook their meat medium so itâs a waiting game for the well done. had to ask for a refill multiple times. it was more for the experience than the actual food for me
Fantastic food and service! It was very noisy, but this was a Saturday evening and I guess to be expected. Lots of families and celebrations going on. The food is absolutely delicious and the service was perfect!

Way to expensive. While the food is delicious, you can get just as good for cheaper. Went because we have a gift card.
Matthew was a great server. I got there pretty late (8:45) but the food was still rolling out. I enjoyed most of the meats and fell in love with the salad bar. I will definitely be back within better timing. Only suggestion would be to add sweet tea to the menu
Our server Jacob did well. The salad bar and soups were very good as usual. The meats are where the experience was lacking this time. The flavor seemed a bit off on most of the cuts that came around. The fact that the filet, pork ribs, and beef ribs never came around and we were there for over an hour. Even when we asked for them they never showed up. I hope that this was just an off night as we have had better experiences in the past. For the price it was not worth it this time. We will try one more time and we hope that the experience is better.
