I go here all the time and I absolutely love it, but I dislike how they don't follow their scheduled hours. They tend to open and close whenever they feel like it so going is a hit or miss
Doors were locked past their opening time. I knocked. Employees looked at me and then ignored me.
One of the workers was cusing out the other worker in front of guest. Needless to say it made the expierence aweful
Possibly the worst subway in Baton Rouge. The worker, Rhonda, burned both me and my friend's sandwiches to the point they were pretty much black. She also dropped all of the meat out of the sandwich taking it out of the oven and then proceeded to pick it up and put it back onto the sandwich. Very rude.
I did a mobile order and this was my first time here. They were friendly when I walked in and they had the order already done and waiting. The restaurant is very very clean and they had all the sandwich veggies and meats covered with the glass down. Very professional loved it. I’ll definitely be back thank you!!! Highly recommend!!!!
In all honesty, if you intend on making a mobile order do not use this location. Every time I have ever made a mobile order here, it was always wrong and/or multiple things were missing. This location is fine if you intend on going inside to order…just do yourself a favor and do not place a mobile order here.
I’ve been to this location several times over the past few months. The staff has been nice, and always very quick service.
Cracker like bread.. hard a** cookies October 29th 2021 either they lazy or they don't know what they doing.
The employees their are very rude and Everytime I go their they always wanna give me an attitude. I loved going to this subway since it was close and wanted to be a regular customer. But by the way some of the employees treated me. I don't think, actually I know that am never going back their again. Am never visiting a subway again, I would rather eat dirt than the sandwiches they gave me. Which they managed to mess up. Should have gotten Chinese instead. Now I see why no likes subway that much.
Lazy employees with terrible attitudes. Got in line to order but 15 minutes later I left with 4 other customers. I walked into Jimmy John’s in same shopping center and saw all 4 of those customers talking about how disgusting the subway employees were. Now I understand why this Jimmy John’s location is so busy at lunchtime. Won’t go to this subway again unless I want entertainment from the circus employees there.
