Great service can be a hit or miss nowadays. But I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past few days working while in town. The service I received from Kiant'e T. and his team has been amazing. So much so I had to write a review. I had breakfast & lunch meals and drinks during my visits. I even ventured out and tried a drink that a barista recommended which is rare for me and it was different but really good. This location is so clean, welcoming, and the drinks came out better than I'm used to. I love how they greeted familiar faces and unfamiliar faces! Thank you so much.A Manager's team is a reflection of them and in this case it is evident. Everyone serves with a smile, small talk, and efficiency.
Great open and clean location. It was a pleasure to be greeted by Kiant'e and the other baristas. Lots of comfortable spaces and nooks to work in. Amazing service from everyone I encountered here. Awesome, stay consistent you all are great!
They always closing early with no notice it says open but it's not this not first time just shut it down if they don't want to work
Ordered wet capuccino, was given one with a lot of foam. This is the only reason why I go to starbucks. Always disappointed everytime. I rate my visit as 0.
My barista Corey was amazing. He was fast and super nice to me! Great place to go for coffee!
I usually don’t go to this starbucks location because it doesn’t have a drive thru but i placed a mobile order the other day and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I drove over there and waited in the store. To my surprise there were about 20 other customers also waiting on mobile orders. The line to order at the store was only about 5 people but they were getting their orders almost immediately after ordering. The mobile orders, however, took 30 minutes. I asked the lady at the counter to check on my order and she said they were 30-40 mobile orders behind…. Everyone who placed a mobile order had to wait 30-40 minutes to get their order. I wish the app would have had the updated estimated time because I would definitely not have waited 30 minutes if I knew they were so behind. Also, seeing other people place orders at the counter and receiving them almost immediately rubbed me the wrong way. If you know you’re so behind in orders, wouldn’t you complete the orders that were placed first?
I’m not big on eating at and reviewing national chains because they are usually the same across the board.However, this Starbucks location has the best staff ever!! The place is always clean, the staff is so nice and energetic, and they are so efficient in getting orders taken and completed.They even remade my Latte one time when I placed an order on the app and it took me over an hour to get there due to a flat tire. I’m not even upset that this location doesn’t have the convince of a drive thru. They are totally worth having to park and go inside the old fashioned way :)
Online orders pick up for dashers is not the best experience here !
The service at this location has declined drastically lately. It seems to be the evening crew. I’m not sure if there are not enough employees working but it is several minutes before someone acknowledges you in the drive thru. On my last trip no over ever acknowledged me. I Finally gave up. Due to the design of this location you are trapped in line behind the other card. One car is was at the drive thru window for over 10 minutes. I was in line over 25 min trapped. I will no longer come to this location. It is one of the few that have in stock what I like to order, but It is not worth it.
Went this morning and it was a great experience corey and the shift supervisor were amazing to interact with and super fast service!
