Usually less crowded and enough room to hang around. There is no drive through though. Clean and very well maintained. Summer drinks are great but not that great to make you visit again and again.
Usually this Starbucks is pretty quick, so I was surprised when I had to wait 34 minutes for an iced coffee. I told them at 20 minutes that I think my order got lost or something and they said it would be right out. They should have just given me a refund at that point. There were too many mobile orders and the solo barista couldn’t keep up.
doesn’t know how to make what the customer ordered. i asked the worker to make what i wanted twice after they failed to make the drink the first time. she was compliant the first ask but the second time she went out of her way to explain the recipe to her coworker before attempting to make the drink again. then when i got the correct drink it wasn’t the right size, a grande instead of venti. it wasn’t what i paid for. the overall experience was horrible.
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I had to wait 15 mins for a warmed banana nut loaf because the girl was too busy talking to coworkers to be efficient with fixing people's food. Also, I had to wait a long time for my drinks only for them to give me the wrong size. While I was waiting, "other" people were asked what they were still waiting on but I guess because I don't look a certain way and even though I was waiting longer they didn't bother to see what I still needed. Maxx was great though.
Great service from Maxx! She was very friendly and engaging. Had a relaxing time there......
Disgusting! Look at the bathroom! I told employees and they did nothing ! I visit Starbucks all over the country! Never ever in my entire live have I seen a bathroom like this! Definitely poor management!! I left with ordering bc if the bathroom looks like that they aren’t cleaning on the line! I’ve had a gold card since they first came out too so I have been to Starbucks a lot!
litteraly the slowest starbucks in baton rouge. the reason it didn’t get one star is because the employees are really nice.
I rely on reviews for service and anything dealing with any business. I walked in this morning and I immediately noticed that no one greeted me, I even walked up to the register and all employees looked at me and walked around. Finally after a few minutes a guy said sorry I’ll be with you in a sec. Not even the worst part…i order and sit down to wait I understand that making drinks takes time. A man walked in and he was greeted instantly the guy at the register even made conversation with him about him looking like a golfer. Now I never like to add race as an issue but im sorry this may be the case. He was a white male, the next guy white male same thing greeted. The best way to help a business is to always leave a review, doesn’t matter good or bad. I definitely won’t go back to this location.
Always super nice. They’re always very busy no matter what time I go, so I can see why my drink would take a while. I’ve never had a bad experience and if my drink doesn’t taste right they always remake it.
The coffee is great but having to always wait 15-20 minutes to get your order is rather ridiculous especially if you're pressed on time.
