While on vacation, the two stops I’ve made to this place, it was lacking luster. (Get it together and be better than some random McDonald’s employee!) Wrong ingredients in my orders, out of stock on certain and ESSENTIAL products, ugh, no more, no thank you.

It was nice however very busy…I’ll give you 5 stars when you let all of your employees unionise!

Great service love the coffee. What can I say it's Starbucks there is a reason it's a household name

It's Starbucks, so you know exactly what you're going to get. You get it. Big room with the strong AC that you need in a city like Baton Rouge. Most of the business is drive-thru, which means the sitting area is spacious and empty. The people behind the counter are polite and gracious, like everyone in this city. I liked it.

Good location with easy parking. On par with other Starbucks that I’ve been to.

We had a 5 hour drive to Florida and stopped at this location at 7:30pm. There was no line in the drive through and 2 cars in the parking lot. We ordered in the drive through and waited 15 minutes at the window for our drinks. We were watching the barista make our drinks and she was moving so slow. We had a screaming baby in the back seat, which they could definitely hear and she was taking her sweet time. I should also add that there was another barista at the computer and one more behind the counter at food prep area. All of which who did not look eager to help or happy with their jobs in general. They could have tag teamed our drinks, moved a little quicker, and got us out of there in 5 minutes or less. I am very disappointed with the efficiency and the customer service at this location.-sincerely, a former barista.

Nice staff. It's a Starbucks

Never seen it but the dogs got some pup treats, they enjoyed them the window girl was real nice repeated our order and thanked us for visiting.

Don't go in person they pretend you're not there. Also they let you know after you've made the purchase that they don't have items.
