This location tried to give me oatmeal with no top on it in a bag, disgusting! They also failed to include any toppings that come with the oatmeal and act surprised when I asked for it. How is this even sanitary? I will not be going back.
I had to repost this from my yelp review because whoever the young man is, I think he's hispanic but I may be wrong, he was cursing up a storm and yelling at those two people in the front of the store (a black man and from what I can assume an asian girl... please don't take offense because I'm not sure of her ethnicity) he needs to be FIRED. I went in to this location yesterday (Jan 26th, 2022) to get some coffee and not only were the workers unprofessional, the line was BACKED UP. I just don't understand how Starbucks allows their employees to be loud and cause a scene like this one young man did while I was there. I was standing in line waiting to order when a seeming to be hispanic male (sorry if he's not but he appeared to be hispanic) who I assume was an employee because he had on an apron was yelling and causing a big fuss. He was dropping F bombs left and right getting louder and louder -- you'd have thought he was a sailor! It was clear he was yelling at a black guy and a asian girl... if you ask me, them staying calm during all of that was extremely shocking to me. The whole experience was just very uncomfortable for me. I was in shock about everything going on and honestly, so was everyone else in the store as well. I ended up leaving without ordering and going to Districts Donuts instead... At least their employees don't use profanity while working and aren't loud and causing a scene. Don't think I will be returning to this starbucks any time soon if ever.
Closing at 2pm on Sunday?? What sense does this make? Update your online hours. On Google too. I don't care...blah blah your not google blah blah get it sorted, it's 2022. I hope your front door eventually breaks open from people slamming open on a locked door.
I wish I could give this location zero stars because that's truly what they deserve. I agree with ALL of the other reviews about this being THE worst location in Baton Rouge or that I've seen in my travels anywhere. Being the positive soul that I am, I kept thinking it would get better, but this morning I placed an order for egg bites (nothing else) on the mobile app at 7:05. I arrived at the store at 7:15 but didn't leave with my egg bites until 7:30. The employees are belligerent if you have the gall to ask about your order and move as if their feet were stuck in concrete blocks. The one I assumed to be the manager this morning had a dirty wool cap on her head and a shirt that was entirely too short, leaving most of her mid section exposed. This is not what I want to see at any business. What dumbfounds me is that with all of these negative reviews nothing changes.
Hood female with short green hair working on Thanksgiving is very rude. Don't understand why an employee has an attitude with paying customers. Coffee too high to serve it with an attitude.
