Terrible location. If the drive-thru gets too long, you get stuck in the parking lot for who knows how long. Not only that, SOME of the staff members are very rude, the service is very slow. My last visit, the young man lied when I asked had they started my order after 10+ mins of waiting, he said yes, but that was a lie. They didn’t even have the ticket. I’ll stick to CCs
Charles at the drive thru was extremely rude. When i told him I was picking up an order, he told me it would have been nice to know, then walked away. When he came back with the drink, he told me I was lucky it was ready. I went at 6 pm on a Sunday - literally nobody in the drive thru. What happened to being nice? Of course, I’m sure he liked the fact that the drink was pre paid with a tip! I would not recommend this store because their employees are obviously not happy and do not want to be in customer service.
The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Got in line at the drive thru at 11:15 and didn’t get my items until 11:40. Ridiculous. Wont be back
Slowest service ever! Drive thru 4 vehicles ahead of me and I waited 18 minutes for a grand refresher. Walk inside, drive thru staff has no sense of urgency.
I am not a fan of the nitro cold brew they have yuck. They tried to fix it up and make it taste better and it helped but nope I'll stick to what I know lol and they just got one of the target Starbucks best employees moved to this store so this will be my new fav coffee spot

I ordered a pink drink, the girl came up the window with this and said “I hope your okay with it without strawberries “ um excuse me ma’am I think you should’ve told me that as soon as I ordered the drink, not after I already paid for it. I tried to give her the drink back and she just stood there and stared at me…..
3 stars because their wi-fi is hella lot faster than CC’s coffee shops. Overpriced. Often out of certain ingredients. Seem to be short staffed and little attention is paid to wiping down tables. The tables and floor were filthy during a few recent trips I made to this location. Tighten up, Sbux.
I asked for my drink to be remade they got it wrongThe first time. And the second time it was made perfect. But they still made me pay for it. I didn’t complain cause I didn’t want to make a scene. But when a drink is 8 dollars and made wrong the second should absolutely be free.
Madison is RUDE! She should absolutely move out of the way and allow someone else the opportunity to work. Horrible customer service
