Usually a decent place, but lately the training is lacking. Example order the Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino. The same window cashier who handed me one yesterday with whip told me today that it doesn't normally come with. If I ask for whip at the order screen I am told the drink cones with it but every 3rd time or so they refuse to put it on unless asked.

So far, my first pick for Starbucks in the Baton Rouge area. Quick. Friendly. Clean place with nice atmosphere.

Do better! This location is charging more for the same drink compared to 2 major cities $4.25 vs $2.95 (NYC where I lived for 10 years, Chicago and Oakbrook). Not to mention the states ridiculous sales tax. I was told they were out of peach tranquility tea but could substitute with peach juice. Why did the cashier attempt to charge me for the substitution?? I get in the car and to my dismay, no peach juice! I visit family once a year and was treated poorly at this location in addition to paying more than back home. I went over to the Starbucks inside Barnes and Nobles on Perkins Rowe and the tea was $3.80(why is this location so expensive) Never again! Hire workers who know how to make the drinks! I’ve ordered this tea for over 2 years and peppermint was always included. How do I come here and I’m told the drink doesn’t come with it?? So, every SB in the Chicagoland and NYC metro area makes this drink incorrectly but lil old BR is correct in addition to charging crazy prices for tea?!? I won’t return…

Changing hours daily. Closes at 12 one day, 2 the next, and then randomly closed an entire day. Sign says they’ll return to normal hours on a certain day but when that day comes they just put another sign up. Nothing shows these hours online. How do you function like this?

I arrived around 19:50 and based on google info and Starbucks app, the store is open till 20:00 , but barista was inside and they said the store is close, if timetable is changed that should be shows on Starbucks app, I drove from home to there to buy brownies but I backed home without that????.

I pre ordered using the app and the staff on Thursdays are always late. The order was to be ready at 7:45. It’s after 8 a.m. and I am still waiting. It defeats the purpose of ordering in the app.

I used to go to this Starbucks every day and I used the Mobile app and my order was always ready. For the last week, my order wasn’t ready, didn’t go through, or just took forever. Today was the last straw. I ordered decaf on the mobile app 30 mins before leaving my house, when I got to the Starbucks my order was not ready. I waited 10 mins before asking if my order was received and the cashier said yes, she was about to make it and it would take 5 mins. 30 mins later my coffee still was not ready and they literally took multiple other orders and made all of those orders first. After 40 mins of waiting I finally went ask how much longer it would be and the lady said she didn’t even start making it yet. I then told her I needed a refund and could not wait on the coffee any longer. She gave me a refund and a $4 gift card, but it made me so angry. I was waiting just like everyone else and paid my money just like everyone else, but they made everyone else’s orders, but mine. I’m not the only person that had to wait, but waiting an hour and 20 mins after ordering is ridiculous!

I don't understand, not once have I been to this location and they have had the Panini press tomato mozzarella sandwich available. How is that possible out of all the times I've tried asking for it, they don't have it? Might as well just take it off the fn menu screen at this point. Will never be back or try this location again. You are better off going to the one near blue bayou.

Sat at this Starbucks waiting for my order over 50 minutes. Still couldn’t get it right after I asked about my order. Shorted me my other drink...had to wait and inquire again. Drivethru definitely has top prioritiy at this Starbucks. People inside waited for a much, much longer time! No apologies for the wait or anything! Wow! I’m making coffee at home from now on!

My coffee ☕ order is always correct at this location and my drive-through barista was friendly!!!
