Came here on the way to work and ordered a Venti drink and a cup of ice for my tumblr for water and they gave me this. No starbucks I have been to has ever been stingy like this place. I asked the lady poliety and she gave me an attitude and said the line it was at was Venti and shut the window. Not coming back here
I went through the drive thru at this location last night (3/29/2022) and the baristas working were so rude. I normally go there during the day and it’s great but the night time crew yesterday needs better management of their attitudes.
The facility was it if whip cream. Batista was super unfriendly and didn't even pay attention to the drink that was covered in spilled coffee. When I asked for napkins it me repeating it 3 times for her to understand that the drink was a mess before handing over the requested items.

While enjoying my coffee in the siegen and perkins cafe about a week ago i heard a barista use a racial slur that is not hers to use. it really took my breath away and i no longer feel welcomed within this establishment. I really hope they do something about this girl's behavior, it is unacceptable.
This starbucks is terrible. I went there and unfortunately the barista was on her phone and and airpods on. I had to keep repeating myself because she couldn't hear me with her headphones on. I don't plan on going to this location again. Not to mention, it literally took 10 minutes for my coffee to be made.
Way crowded parking lot. Do not expect a quick batista
Too many cars in the drive through. Took me 30 minutes waiting in the street in my car. Had to park nextdoor & walk over & inside. 6 people working inside & still had to wait a good while inside. My party was waiting for me outside for 45 minutes. Frozen strawberry drink left a lot to be desired with no cream added before blending.
Slowest Starbucks in the country. People on average waiting 30-45 minutes. No organization whatsoever.
Very quick and professional. How any Starbucks should be.
