First time patron. Ordered blackened shrimp Alfredo, however disappointed shrimp were not blackened at all(light pink). Other than that, overall Great presentation and I did enjoy my order. Great customer service. Clean establishment
Rude rude rude staff. I asked if they had a garbage can I came in with my family to eat she said no only in the bathroom. I say ok and order when I get my food it is sloppy served in a Togo container we were there to dine in. Looked like half of one half of my potato was missing like cut off or something. The potato was over cooked the cheese was hard on the top of it. I just went to a different location this week before coming to this one and it was incredible. Shame on me for thinking you'd get the same service and same quality of food for a different location completely disgusted.
Wont be back. Food is never ready when it says it will be. Customer service is trash. They always only have one person working who clearly is overworked and overall it just sucks
Sarah, possibly consider another job instead of being rude in a customer service position. I hated how I felt like an inconvenience the entire interaction.
The potato was good. The real problem is the customer service. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time, the door was locked and there was a sign on the door that said back in 5 minutes. I stood out in the cold for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to come unlock the door. When someone finally unlocked the door, she didn't apologize or offer any explanation. I didn't even get a greeting. She just asked my name and handed me my food, which had been sitting on the counter the whole time. She seemed completely unconcerned. Next time I feel like having a potato, I'll drive to Denham Springs and get it.
The worst potato I have ever eaten. No fresh chicken, the smell was not pleasant at all. Also, the cold drink machine needs to be cleaned as well. My first and last time ever eating there again.
There were two of us in my group and cashier gave us a head nod to let us know she was ready to help the first person. Checked him out then walked away. Never even looking my way. We stood right in front of the register for an extended amount of time just to be ignored. The cashier came back and forth multiple times just ignoring us standing right in front of her . Someone else came up behind us and she checked them out while we just stood there. I had to yell in to the back to get her to take my order.
We ordered four different orders being our first time giving it a try.. disappointing. Nothing was good about none of the different potatoes that were ordered. We wasted our money and food. Never going back.
The food is good but they need a larger staff. There's always one person working. That person takes phone orders, prepares the food and is the cashier. On this last visit I watched the employee turn away 4 guest who wanted to order because they were too busy.
Love there food. Everything is good.
