My wife and I both ordered a banana milkshake and when we started drinking them they had a waxy particle substance in them. I called and tried to explain this to the manager but was hung up on. I will not go back. All I was trying to do was express my concern so that she could investigate the situation. I would hope that the owner of this franchise reads these reviews and takes appropriate action.
Very rude when taking orders as if it was an inconvenience to take my order, was rushed through my order and completed my order before I was done ordering. When I made a complaint about it I was told that there's many locations in baton rouge to choose from. Other than that food was good but lacking in customer service.
The only reason I'm giving one is is because the only star that deserves one at this place tonight was the sweet girl who delivered my food. My ENTIRE MEAL except the jalapeno poppers we old, cold and gross. They didn't pay attention when I was ordering bc I asked her to not put onions on the burger and she told me they don't come with onions. I got home and both burgers were loaded with onions. My order wasn't correct and I waited too long when there were zero cars as it was like 830pm.
Me and my co-worker went to the sonic on O’Neal ln today, got our food and both got sweet tea. In my tea I found an ant, and a piece of plastic(possibly a glove or something?)about the size of a quarter. My coworker found some little white pieces we are assuming was paper, and a hair in his tea. We both trying not to throw up right now just thinking about it. Never coming back to this sonic ???
This is my favorite drink stop. The service is fast and friendly. The food is served fresh. All around great choice any time of day.
This has been the worst sonic I've been too... I ordered what was supposed to be a "Super sonic breakfast burrito" shown in the first and second pic and a sausage burrito for my daughter,shown in the third pic... I would be embarrassed to serve this to my customers... They need to change the name "Super sonic breakfast burrito" to "Super small breakfast burrito"! This visit was on may 14th... I did go on may 7th also with with the same bad experience, with not only a very small amount of food in the burrito, they did not add hash browns inside the burrito, they brought four packs of ketchup in place of salsa which I ask for... you might be asking yourself why did I go back even with the bad experience the prior weekend well it was because my car hop Thomas was so nice and friendly I decided to try again but that was a mistake... I don't see myself ever going back to this Sonic and I will be sure to tell friends and family to avoid this one if possible...
terrible - can’t even say i was serviced. i had to press the button twice before they took my order with an obvious attitude. sat there waiting half an hour before finally i just left. this location needs some work. 0 stars.
There have been multiple times that I've come to this location, ordered one of the more expensive shakes and been given a plain vanilla shake like the employees here think I can't tell the difference. Most times the food is cold like it's been sitting on the counter for fifteen minutes and very rarely do they get any sort of customization correct. Two stars instead of one only because the food is edible and I'm sure if it was hot and correct it would be decent.
4-16-2022Ordered a breakfast burrito, sat for about 15 mins then it was brought out cold so I told the lady, she said we’ll make you another…….brings another one out and their is literally no toppings and I’m pretty sure they just stuck the original one back in the microwave for like ten seconds because the second one was refrigerator cold as well. Left and went to McDonald’s.
3 times I've tried coming to this location. 3 time I sat there for 30 minutes and was ignored. I don't know what is going on here, but I'm fed enough to just leave this review.Every time I came, I pressed the red button and was told to hold on, so I did. after 15 minutes went by, I pressed the red button again. 15 minutes went by again for a total of 30 and I left. What irked me the most this final time was that it was 3 PM on a Tuesday or Wednesday. It was me and 3 other cars and I could hear the staff just laughing and cutting up. Either amongst themselves or maybe one of those other cars was their friend.Regardless, it went on for 30 minutes. I'm not coming back here and I suggest you think carefully if you want to bother with this location either. Honestly if you want sonic, for to the Sherwood location or the Coursey Location. The O'neal location is just not worth the hassle.
