I got the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and tater tots. Was pretty good
Fastest service of any other Sonic I have seen to. Food was fresh and hot upon arrival to our car. The staff had a willingness to serve and satisfy their customers. Although the store is quite a distance from where I live, I will certainly take the drive to go back again. sue to the quality of service and products.
literally the WORST sonic ever. it’s like sonic gets worse and worse over the years. i only doordash ed ICE CREAM and it took them an hour to make it? people coming and going with full on MEALS, and i can’t get a frozen liquid, ALREADY MADE, mixed with candy..??? unbelievable. definitely needs new workers because the ones they have right now aren’t it.
Order ahead on the app and food is ready once you get there. I love it
Horrible General Manager Megan!! And another one of the workers who held their name. I ordered and was given a total, swipe my card & it went through. Then the worker came out and said I didn’t pay for it. I showed her the $16.32 that my bank statement was showing. She then said it saying you owe $3.95 in cash. I asked her why and then she said I added an item. I said no ma’am. She then walks away with my food that I paid for. I asked if I can have my food before my ice cream melts. She said no bc I had not paid for the extra item. I ask what extra item and ask to see the receipt. She states I am going to show my manager. Then she comes back and shows me the receipt and ask if this your card number and is this your order and I stated yeah but what extra item do you see. She states again let me go get my manager. She comes and says your total is $20 and some change. I ask why when I have paid for it. I again asked to see the receipt and instead she calls out the order and it’s what I order but I have to pay the $20something. Then Megan the “GM” States I know what I am talking about I been here for 16years. I said this doesn’t make sense at all. She states we can’t give you anything if you haven’t purchased those items….which I did and I showed her my bank app to show the pending charge. She states “ I don’t know what to tell you, it is what it is.” I ask is that how you speak to customers. She stated” it’s my store and I handle how I handle it.” And I told her that’s my card number if you look at the receipt. I asked for that receipt again and I stated ok I’ll go just give me my receipt with my card number. And she refuse and walked inside. I was left with nothing. I would of call to just get my money back with the receipt as proof of what I paid for. I then go to the door and say ma’am please give me my receipt and she stated no. If you don’t leave I’ll call the police. I then ask for her manager number and she states this is my store and I have handle it and walks away. Then the other worker stands at the door in front of Megan and states she had her back. She stated she has refunded me to the police on the phone and then gives the police my plate number to my car and refuse to answer me. So I left with nothing while calling customer service. I called the customer service number and they took my information to get someone to call me back. I was so disappointed!!! This just added to the grieving that I have been experiencing today!!!
i pressed the red button and waited 15+ mins and no one took my order. a lady walked up to the door and knocked and no one answered. i eventually left along with several other angry people.
Almost always get my orders wrong, really long wait time, now closes at 6pm everyday.
Pulled in and waited. Almost no cars. Waited some more. Truck pulled in across from me. Waited some more. Person in truck's order was taken. Left and went to Cains down the street. Got my food before i was done writing this review in the drive through.
Every time I go there food always comes out fast and hot workers always keep a smile on there face and ver nice and friendly
Every time I have a long day at work and I just wanna inhale some fast food and a good burger, my wife and I head over to this specific Sonic's (she loves the fries and grilled cheesies). I can't tell you how many times this Sonic's has saved my stomach when I'm just craving junk food.This is one of the only fast food places in BR that has been CONSISTENT in getting my orders right every single time and also bringing the food out PIPING hot. The workers are very polite and engage in friendly conversation whenever we order on the app or in the stalls.I want this review to reach the manager because I want every single worker there to make sure they are being given a living wage to live on with how good and hard they work. I know from experience that food service is a hell-on-earth job and HARD, so I want everyone who is working there to be making good money for their outstanding work. You guys are seriously the best!
