Came here on a Saturday just after 2pm. Placed an order through the app, and checked in immediately. They seemed a little busy; nowhere near slammed, but I patiently waited for 30 minutes (way too long for a burger, tots and a drink!). I then pressed the red call button twice to find out what was taking so long—no one ever answered! I called the store from my cell phone (this was at the 40-minute mark). One young carhop came to ask if I was waiting on anything after 50 minutes and my order finally arrived almost ONE HOUR later. Had I not already paid, I would have left…and probably gotten my food faster. And as one might has guessed, the order was incorrect!

Worst experience ever. Even after using the app to order which is super convenient I received my sandwich as such . This is NOT THE sonic way please do better

Things have changed since new up grade.order was messed up girl that brought our order to us said that she took the order and made the mistake and apologize,I don't know if they are short hand but this has never happened before so we waited another 15- 20 min before they got it right

Yesterday I found a long hair in what would have been my cheeseburger :-(.I'm going to have to add Sonic to Subway in my list of never visit places.If you don't mind hair in your food it's 4-5 stars- good service. The wait times could be shorter.

Whipped in about 30 mins from closing time and zipped right out. Our car hop was super friendly and the food was just as good as it was fast!

I would not recommend this place. I ordered the Big Dill, but they couldn't "make" it for me because it wasn't in the system. Ordered a combo, but they never rung it up. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get the other combo I ordered. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, came without bacon. My burger was ordered without onions, came with onions. Took almost 30 minutes to get 2 hot dogs, 2 burgers, and mozzarella sticks, not to mention the extra 10 minutes for them to correct the missing item. No motivation to make the customers experience better

Rather slow to fill orders, even when the order was made from the app. Gave incorrect breakfast burrito (ordered bacon, got sausage). At least the food was tasty, but be warned the speed of service leaves something to be desired and you may want to verify your order is correct before you start eating.

Home of the 10 minute wait time to put in your order. I live one mile away and the last two times I’ve been here I’ve left before putting in my order. This will be the last time.

Made an order and waited 35 minutes for no food to come out. Meanwhile, 4 people got their food on either side of me and ordered after I did
