Been here a dozen times over the past few months and Shareka is always at the window friendly and smiling. Her and her team are great. Thanks for the consistent and excellent service!

On the rare occasion of going to Sonic I pulled up to the car hop to place my order and was told very rudely that they only had drive-through for service. So I joined the other nine cars for in front of me and behind me to place my order. Then I was told they had no onion rings when I went to order. But onion rings are on the menu and were they should’ve told me is they were out of onion rings. I place my order and then had to pull into the car hop to wait of my food. From the time I placed the order in the drive thru to getting my food was 15-20 minutes. Completely unacceptable.If they would have closed the drive thru and serviced the car hop orders would have been delivered faster. If you can not service the car hop close all lanes!
I walked up to order. The work vehicle doesn't fit in the parking lot, which is fine.. I gave my order the 1st time and halfway through the lady on the other end stopped taking my order and didn't say another word until I hit the button again. I repeated my order for a 2nd time and again got no response. Wasn't given a total or spoken to again. So I left. My order never came on the screen either time I gave it and got zero response!! Not understanding why or what was going on but some kind of response would have been helpful and I would have had more patience with the situation.. I understand staffing issue, I do not understand no communication..
Pulled up to location at 8:22pm on a Wednesday. As soon as I pushed the button to place my order. The workers turned the lights off, got on the mic and stated they are closed. SMH seriously ?
Can't get an order right. The only good thing about them is their Route 44's and slushies
9:15 closed early. After sitting for 15 minutes. Took my order incorrectly then when I told them the employee had an attitude saying OH MY GOD. Did not fix the order then came back and said they were closed and unless I already paid for the order they couldn't give me the food.
Friendly staff! Very helpful. Buffalo chicken poppers were better than expected

The Crab or fish combo is spectacular every sonic I've been too the costumer service has been pure perfection and has been worth the tips one of the best places for family fun , affordable with a great atmosphere for family sit down meals 5 stars all the way
