I put in an online order at around 9:15 PM. I arrived at this location at 9:20 and put in my stall Number in the app. The app clearly said that my order was in the kitchen and I would have to wait for it. Around 9:27 I looked at my app and the order was gone.I decided to click the red button and hope that it employee could help me.The employee told me they were closed. I explained situation and that online/app says til 10pm. She insisted the were already closed.I honestly just think they didn’t want to take care of my order.Not my first issue with this location. I won’t be back

They’ll make you wait 30 minutes and cancel your order. And won’t make it easy to get a refund
This was the worst!!! We ordered on the app. We arrived and checked in with the app. Then we sat there... We noticed other people coming and going so we decided to go in and ask if they had our order. When we approached there were two others outside wondering what to do as well as they had mobile ordered as well and there was no one working. The place was empty but all the lights were on.Unacceptable.Crazy
Had to wait 10 min to take order and had to repeat 3x to get order straight but carhop was great
Quite possibly the worst sonic you'll ever go to. Constantly closing randomly, or disabling orders through the app. Your order will never be correct, no matter how simple. Do yourself a favor, drive a little further out of your way and just avoid this location.
Service was good but they shut the ice cream machine down at 9:00.
The food was great, as expected. However, the microphone was messed up and the lady who took my order had trouble hearing me. I tried to order the number 2 meal deal, but got a number 1 burger. Each item was charged separately, even though it was the exact same items as the combo.
The burger buns were as hard as hockey pucks. Seriously, you could cut diamonds with them. Burger was cold. Mozzarella sticks where cold. It's like they don't even pretend to heat up the food. This has happened multiple time now.
My husband stopped at this sonic tonight and ordered a number 2 and everything was cold and tasted old. It's sad because I use to work at this sonic. The good people leave because of bad management. The manager Latasha stole my social security number and identity. Her family address even got linked to my name as if I lived at that address. I'm in the process of getting her arrested soon as my last credit report come in. It's sad because now you can't even trust your personal information with employers or a company for that matter.
