Sonic has the best drinks and ice hands down. However, I stopped by recently to get a cranberry limeade slush w/nerds and was given a regular cranberry slush. I didn't think to taste it until I drove off further down the road and instantly realized by how sweet it was that it wasn't what I ordered. Traffic was too heavy to turn around so I just brought it home and put it in the freezer. They normally always get my drinks right, so I didn't think to check it, so that was my fault. Either way, noone's perfect , that error wasn't enough to stop me from still ordering from them. Since then, I make sure to be sure that my order is correct before leaving.
Didn't have a very good experience. The food was cold.
To busy to even stop and listen to what is being said. Over charged me and messed up a chilli cheese dog. ????
I like the concept of Park order and have food delivered to you the only thing bad is the passenger can't see the menu so I have to get out and order on the next billboard
This place is always a hit and miss.. I recall one time I ordered a large slush and they brought out a medium one.. I informed them of what I ordered and the female on the intercom told me "I know but I charged you for a medium" I just pulled off because my food was already paid for and I didn't have time to argue. Another incident they took forever to bring me my change back. I press the button and the female once again told me "oh she looking for change" It just seems as though either there is always an issue with my order and when I ask in a nice way about the issue an attitude always follows. I get places are short staffed but if you can't work with the public and learn to have better communication this will always be a problem.
Service was fast, friendly, and when I asked for ketchup I had ketchup. Good awesome tasty experience Sonic. Thank you team.
Person taking orders have a very bad attitude also you can’t finish saying anything because you’re being rudely interrupted 3/22/22 @1:30 pm so I decided to leave and go somewhere else thanks ?
Place was very quick to get food out even though very busy seems like they know what their doing and trained well. Food was average and basic like usual but better then the other choices in area.
The service was slow but the waitress/hopper had great customer service.
Fast service, happy waitress with positive attitude, always!!! Fresh fresh food
