Listen man, I've worked minimum wage foodservice before so I get it, but they were really taking "I don't want to be here" to a new level tonight. I ordered a couple combos, and ended up not receiving one of the sandwiches in my bag. Didn't realize till I got home so I went back. I hit the red button, nobody answered, finally a carhop asked if we had been helped, I said no but explained the situation, he said okay and then another girl came to the car and tried to insist she packed it herself and it was in there. It wasn't, lol, so she said "okay" and kind of walked away, and the last we saw of anyone was a carhop about 10 minutes later who handed me a bag and ran away without a word. Like ???? okay thanks I guess. Have a good night

This place is usually good, but this time it was pretty bad.They kept forgetting what we ordered, brought us the wrong stuff and didn't bring others that we did (got it in the end), and messed up an order to the point we had to remake it at home.Hopefully they fix the issues cus even on the busiest days they had always been amazing.

Took 20mins for 3 sonic blass, finally emerged with wrong sizes and 1 of them the wrong flavor, cup sides dripping with ice cream and chocolate…not a great experience to say the least

Don’t know why they’re still open. Nothing was right. Ordered a coffee and they gave me water but charged me for coffee. Fries were half full. Everything was wrong and worker was rude.

Waited 15 minutes for an order ahead items. Forgot my drink when they brought the food out. When they gave me my drink it was wrong. Got home and they gave us the wrong food with the right receipt. Don’t go here just go somewhere else.

Wrong order. Every time. If it’s not wrong, once the food was undercooked. I literally only stop because it’s the only place open after I get off work. Tonight I got some kind of chicken sandwich and a small tot, when I ordered a double cheeseburger from their deals selections and a large tot. Probably didn’t even look at the bag or the guy who came out with the bag right before the server who came to me, who looked lost and didn’t seem to go to the right car, probably had grabbed my order since the girl in the car next to me looked completely like she didn’t order whatever he had then sent him away. Is it so hard to check the bag and correct stall or at least to ask the customers around you what you had? Also, check the size before you hand an item out, clear difference between a small and a large side

This location is HORRIBLE, THE WORKERS STAY HIGH aka Marijuana . my order stay wrong it never fails along with the horrible attitudes the workers carry . CLOSE THE WHOLE STORE DOWN , i’m very unhappy with the way y’all fixed my order . ?

I think all the employees must have walked out or some thing. Every single stall was waiting to place an order.

Takes 20 minutes to place an order and god forbid it rain, because they will essentially close on you with out telling you, by sneakily turning off the order button. Incredibly understaffed and clearly not payed enough to care
