Hulk was runny like soup.Worst one I've had in months.Don't know why I bother coming to your establishment.I want my refund.
I ordered delivery through Grubhub and smoothie king is supposed to put a tamper tape across cup and lid they did not and when i called to confirm the guy stated he did not make the smoothie so i asked him to check to see who did and he hung up on me and now they are not answering the phones.
You will drive by this place 20 times without seeing it, but once you try it, BOOM!! Great service and great smoothies.
I just got a smoothie about 3 hours ago on government st & it was horrible, it wasn’t frozen like it should be. I should have known something wasn’t going to be right when it took them less than two minutes to prepare it. I spent $8 & I’m not happy. I should have known to go to the one on Harding Blvd.
There was 3 employees with blonde hair by the window too busy having their private conversation that none of them acknowledged me. One of them actually closed the window without payment or giving me my smoothie. That was rude but at least there was another employee who wasn't in that group came and ask me about my smoothie. I gave her my money for the smoothie and she didn't know the other people from the group never rung me up. I truly appreciate this employee for stepping up when others just stand and ignore you.
It was OK. But I still think the Siegen Ln location is the?, the service is better.

Love the Metoblisn boost with Ginger
My wife has dietary restrictions and so I went here with a list of ingredients (ones they have on hand) that she could eat. Another Smoothie King in a nearby town had said they do custom smoothies no problem. This location, however, said they don't and can't make custom orders, and the manager even came onto the drive through speaker and implied that I was only there to cause trouble. I would not recommend this branch at all.
I ordered a chocolate peanut power plus, and the first one had way too much ice and barely had any flavor. I got them to re make it and it wasn’t any better the second time. The taste is off comparable to the perkins location.
