Not sure how you can mess up a strawberry banana smoothie, but that was single handedly one of the worst smoothies i’ve ever had. It tasted like ice and protein. Also asked to sub the coconut water for almond milk (been doing it at smoothie king for 4 years and it has never been a problem) and they said they couldn’t do it. will not be returning to this location.
I ordered a 20oz Hulk Chocolate no extras. It was not made properly. Very chunky.
I’m really not one to complain , but this the third time I’ve showed up 30-45 mins before close and the automated service says this location is closed. I live right here and pop in after workouts. If I owned this location I would be furious. 8:30 pm on a Tuesday.
I don’t like having to chew my smoothie. Not blended enough, couldn’t even drink through the straw due to large chunks of almonds.
This location has the best customer service! Although they stay relatively busy, the quality is always consistent. A++
I’ll never go back and I’ll make sure my family and friends do go either!!!Pulled up to intercom at 6:40 on Wednesday July 28th and no one answered and they appeared closed. Pulled up to window and waited for a bit until finally a young man opens window and just stares at me. The girl in them background is giving me dirty looks. I ask “you alright” and “were you in the restroom?” He said “yeah”Ok but where was the girl the whole time? She snatched card out of my hand. Just rude rude.
Need to update their hours. The employees shut it down before 9.
The people that work here act childish like high schoolers and take 10 mins to make 2 smoothie's.
They are so slow and have messed up my order twice now. It’s the only one by the house though so I went back today and speaker is broken. They have to take order at window and have been in line forever. Get someone outside and write down orders. Leaving and not coming back
