Trying to shake back for my haters. If you need protein intake and a good recovery substance added they have everything you need.

How are you closed 1.5 hours before your closing time?

$40 for 5 drinks. Lots of people on staff , but they won't look you in the eye. It took 35 mins for our drinks to be made. No one else was there.The drink itself was pretty awesome.But the workers looked annoyed when I left a $6 tip.Got it. Won't be back. Won't ever be back and I'll be telling everyone what a horrible 25 min wait in an empty store with 6 workers discussing who will not work on the drinks .Very unpleasant experience. Mainly because of the workers in the store .I won't be back. Over priced.

The Smoothie King on South Sherwood is so good! The employees are so friendly and they take the time to make you an excellent smoothie. I literally bypass the Smoothie King on Coursey to come to the South Sherwood location!

Pulled up and paid for my smoothies then waited 40 minutes in the drive through to receive them. A 32 oz was only 3/4 full and the facility visible through the window looked filthy. I’ll never stop back at this location.

This is by far the worst Smoothie King I have ever had the displeasure of going to. The line inside and in the drive-thru is always long and slow to move. You have to repeat your order at least once every time you place an order. The employees do not try to expedite their service and if the make an incorrect smoothie they act like it's the customer's fault. The only reason I go here is because it is the closest one around unfortunately. Absolutely no consideration for the customers, just there to make a buck and go home. This is a disgrace to the brand and the owner of this franchise needs to intervene NOW.

Smoothies are always good

The smoothies are great! Service a little slow. Staff friendly so I guess that makes up for the wait.

There were maybe three cars in front of me at the drive thru and I waited 40 minutes. The car in front of me only ordered one smoothie.

I ordered a smoothie for myself and my husband. One of cups was damaged and there were foam beads inside my cup. I returned to the store and requested a refund for just that one and was asked what happened to it. I explained I received it like this. There was never a “I’m sorry this happened”or any of those other good customer service things people usually do, just a vibe of being annoyed that I was asking for a refund. After that I decided to get a refund on both of the smoothies and the I was asked to take them to the trash behind me and throw them away. I respectfully declined. Not pleased at all.
