This location's smoothies are always much weaker in flavor than other locations. Every single time I've visited, the smoothie is nearly flavorless. I can only assume the employees have been trained on how to shortchange customers on ingredients. Unfortunate.

For some odd reason everytime somebody new come they mess it up. I just ordered a medium and got a small??♀️
Every time I come here I stand in the lobby for almost 15 minutes and have to get someone attention to even ask to be helped.. so I started using the app. I ordered it at home and 45 minutes later, after the pick up time, it still wasnt started...

Although it was a Friday($5 32oz.) and busy, the customer service at this location was unfriendly. If you are in the area, go to the Smoothie King off of the Juban exit of the Interstate. I’ve been there several times and haven’t had such poor customer service.
