Everyone raved about Shipleys so we decided to give them a try. Must've chose the wrong location. Because the donuts were stale and old. Should've just went to Krispy Kreme.Not cool Shipley. Not cool at all.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. Donuts were yummy, the fruit flavored ones didn’t taste super processed and they had a great texture. They also don’t make you feel terrible after eating them like some places. Wish we tried more koulaches but the one we got was good. Would recommend!!

Shipley Do-nuts and the manager Karyn, did an Amazing job with the donuts for my daughter's birthday. I wanted 13 dozen donut holes with all different colors of frosting, sprinkles and flavors and they delivered! It was perfect for our Donut theme morning party and they not only looked great, they tasted great too! I will be using this store for any future donuts for sure!

WHAT A GREAT PLACE , THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL , AND THE PLACE IS REALLY CLEAN , AND THEY HAVE GREAT DO-NUTS , AND YOU REALLY NEED TO TRY THE KOLACHES , THEY ARE MADE WITH THE SAME DOUGH THAT THE DO-NUTS ARE MADE FROM , BUT THEY HAVE SAUSAGE IN THEM , AND THEY HAVE ABOUT 8 DIFFERENT FLAVORS , GREAT FOR ANYTIME OF THE DAY !
The donuts are so good. We drive out of our way just to come every Saturday. And the staff is very friendly.
The experience at this location has been great. Been going there for about 3 to 4 months. Brandy was very polite and courteous. Customer service is outstanding. She has the personality that can open up opportunities for her. ?
So happy to see a Shipley Do-Nuts in Baton Rouge. The glazed are my favorite but the colaches are some of the best also..
THERE IS NO WAY YOU SHOULD OWN AND OPERATE A DONUT SHOP IF YOU CAN’T PROVIDE FRESH DONUTS NOT EVEN AN HOUR AFTER OPENING. I gave this place a try TWICE between 5:30am-6:15am and the donuts were ice cold (not even warm) both times! I called and spoke to the owner after my first visit and he said this wasn’t a normal practice but they were training a lot of new people and the employee may have grabbed donuts from the wrong rack. He offered to give me a free donut but I told him no worries! I’d patronize them again. Today the donuts were ice cold again! When I told the cashier they were cold, she apologized and assured me they were fresh even tho they were cold. The other employee complained and said it would be a while before they could have hot ones ready. The cashier offered to microwave them for me, but i declined and returned the food. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
