Representative who took the order was very hard to understand.We’ve had to deal with this specific representative multiple times in the past.She was very rude taking our order,being sarcastic and rushing the order.upon receiving food I had ordered it wasn’t correctly billed on receipt for what I had asked for.I ordered a combination chicken Gyro plate with one side of hummus and pita and I was billed for five side plateAfter enduring 15 minutes of unsatisfactory service I would like to be personally let y’all be awareThis employee has forced me and my family and friends to no longer go to this location at Perkins/Bluebonnet Any longer.
We stopped ordering from here almost a year ago because they were so consistently wrong with the orders we made through doordash. Something was always missing or incorrectly made. Today, we decided to give them another chance since it had been so long. Well, they called us to say we had to substitute one of our items since there weren't any spinach pies. Fine. But then when the food gets here, they didn't have my baba ganoush in the box either! So that's half of my meal wrong.It's really expensive through door dash to constantly get orders wrong. I won't be going back.
Friendly staff, good selection at good prices. Ask them to warm up your pita bread when you order. Never a bad experience here.
Creamed spinach and eggplant dishes were delish. Chicken was a little on the dry side.

Very Good Food! My first order from Serop's & its DELICIOUS! Got the 5 Sampler Plate w. xtra Pita. Perfect Tabbouleh! Tender Pita Bread! Humus was traditional, plain hummus, like I love it. And the Baklava. My Goodness... Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!!! Simple, whole foods done right. I'll be eating with Serop's often. Thank you!
