Amazing food and excellent service
I came here today to grab a few slices, I stood in a line of 4 people and while we were all waiting a person walked up to the outside window and skipped everyone who’d been waiting to order. Very poor customer service and I won’t be visiting this location again in the future. Called to let the manager know about my experience but he was completely apathetic about it all. There is better fresh pizza in town at better prices
Look, I don’t know if I’m drunk or not. But that place was amazing. They have pizza ready to go. If you got three dollars, it’s all you need to be happy
Love the pizza, love the downtown location, customer service is good depending on whose working, but overall pleasant experience each time I go.
Great ambiance and decent greeting at arrival, but for us the service was deplorable. Really poor attitude, energy, attention to detail, and communication from the wait staff. Two menu items that we tried to order weren’t available.I really don’t think our waitress wanted to be present most of the time, observing her interactions with others and ourselves. Missed parts of our order twice, didn’t try to fix mistakes, enunciate clearly, or update our status from the kitchen. From the time of order and drink service, we were never checked on or updated for over 45 minutes.Food production out of the kitchen on a very slow night downtown on a Sunday night was lethargic and served at a snail’s pace without much regard to the dine-in clientele. The only reason S&G earned the second star was for the quality and taste of the food. The food was enjoyed.Side note: better to order drinks off the menu because tap water had a very strong and generally unpleasant aftertaste.
I am not a person who leaves reviews, but the staff here were so kind that I had to. Everyone went above and beyond to help me with a very large order. Kiara was especially awesome! Thank you all!
Great tasting pizza. Their other location has a better dine in experience, with it being newer and having more space.
Wasn’t aware that a salad takes over an hour to make… thank you schlitz for showing that to me. Between the wait and the waitress’ attitude I was just so impressed I didn’t even eat there. Pathetic.
Really good pizza reminded me of the northeast a little bit. I would have given them 5 stars but they do not have sausage pizza which is weird.
