This is my first time having this pizza since 2009! I've never eaten at this location before, but my last visit was at the 3rd street location. Although it feels like it's been 100 years, I remember the pizza being really good, but just don't remember the exact flavor. Well, I must say the pizza is still AMAZING and packed with flavor!! Definitely one of the best pizzas in the Baton Rouge area, maybe even the southern portion of Louisiana. LolI got it to geaux, but the atmosphere is relaxing and chill. I got THE BIG PEPPERONI and RUSTICO in the solo size, but it also comes in 18". Both were very delicious. Next time I won't wait over 13 years to visit again!!
Traveling through town and was craving pizza. The pizza was spectacular loved it. Got the meats and meats pizza. When I'm back in town I will enjoy this again. Love the building very fun place.
My partner and I stopped in for some pizza. We were the only ones in the building dining. The waitress was very attentive to us and constantly coming by to refill our drinks. I mean considering we were the only people dining. Our pizza was good and hot.
Dough yeast was off. I couldn't even eat the pizza I ordered. Took 1 bite sent it back. Manager said it was a frozen dough thawed that day so it should have been good. So no fresh made dough.. No refund given.
Worst experience!The manager Ricky was very rude after there was a hair baked into the bread of my pizza. It was my very first and last visit. He attempted to pick up the slice of pizza and tried to pick the hair out of the pizza. I am beyond appalled.
INTERESTING.....(punctuation is not my specialty)Decided I would call an order in to avoid some wait time, uh-uh. It took me 9min 12sec to get there and that is how long I was on hold, in addition to being hung up. I made the presumption that they were really busy ???. NOPE! Made my way in and at the podium was the Mgr? GM? RM? (She did assist in the kitchen) IDK. Expressed my concerns and said she would address, it was said only to inform. Asked if I wanted to eat in or to go, I decided to stay. The young lady answered the phone was at the bar with ONE CUSTOMER.....Moving along, of the 5 booths there were 3 filled and two tables on the patio. 2 ppl on the oven. My waiter Marcel VERY NICE young man, third day at work. He was doing everything in his power to accommodate.I ordered GARLIC KNOTS (to my taste buds could have used a bit more garlic) when I ordered my beverage, they arrived over 40 mins later, they forgot to make. (Marcel continued to check up on me). Only one or two ovens were working at the time, idk. I ordered the "Rustico" w/substitution and that came out 12 mins after that. I ❤ a thin crust but this was RIDICULOUS (you know it is so thin that you CANNOT pick it up) my pizza was also made incorrectly. In the end they gave me 25% off my order. I was not upset (surprisingly), truly disappointed. I understand lack of assistance during the pandemic but that didnt seem like the case. They was no sense of urgency. Probably will not be returning.I like the name.
The food was great. The kitchen did a wonderful job with my difficulty pizza. My complaint is mostly the manager that was on duty. She went missing for about 30 minutes when a kitchen worker was looking for her. I normally wouldn't have complained about that but they said it happens alot and some customers are not seated for about 15 to 20 minutes sometimes. This I thought was very unprofessional

If I could give this place - stars I would. I have never given a negative review. Only positive. It’s just not me but, this time I’m gonna definitely leave one. This is the second time I tried this location and it’s sucked completely especially compared to the one on third street.The pizzas crust was literally paper thin and one of the pieces was completely burnt. When I called to let them know the both the employee who answered the one and the manager were rude and childish. First girl said that’s how “they make the pizza” burnt and thin as paper? Lol hmm ? the manager said it was my fault for leaving the building without checking it???? My boyfriend went in and got it and i checked it and tried to call and their phone kept hanging up. By the time I got them on the phone we were already home.
