Thanks to TikTok, we found out about this place! We came for the crawfish egg rolls, but also had loaded seafood fries and a double bacon burger. Everything was great and the people were super friendly! I even got to thank the guy that made the video bc those crawfish egg rolls were worth the drive!
I called in my order on Monday at 4:20 p.m. got there the place was dirty and nasty. My fries were too hard and over seasoned. I have been sick for the past two days. I called yesterday to talk to the owner or manager, and the girl who answered the phone, was really really rude. The one on plank road was a whole lot better.
Don’t go around closing time. They start playing games around this time. I called to do a call in order and they said they dont go call ins after 8:15. I get there and the employee said “why didn’t you call in?” Tf you just told me yall dont do call ins and to make matters worse she says the only thing they have left to serve me is bread. Foh
They have one of the best Philly Steak Pitas. I love their egg rolls as well. If you're looking for a quick meal, it's the best place to be
Cashier dee was very rude ! Cooks had attitude but held their composures unlike ms dee rude tail. Was told 20min wait ended up waiting 1hr egg rolls was cold cause they were waiting on WINGS ! WINGS were nasty and not worth the wait! Wasted money and time !
Tonight we went to Roul’s for dinner and the food was good. However, as my boyfriend and I were waiting we saw a big rat go up and down the wall. It’s sad because we were so excited to get Roul’s for dinner but that just completely ruined our appetites. Hate to say that we will not be coming back.
The service was awful. I called ahead at 6:45 (an hour) to order my food & once I got there was told I couldn't receive half of my order because they were no longer doing chicken tenders. Then both of my shrimp burgers were incorrect &the place was jam packed & I couldn't check my food. Incredibly unprofessional &there were flies flying around all in the place.
The first time I ate here I had some seafood fries for $15 and crawfish egg rolls the fries were really good to me the egg rolls were hard . But I went back for the seafood fries and I wanted to try their burgers. I had a bacon cheeseburger it was average and I had to add creole seasoning the seafood fries this time were so nasty crawfish in the fries where hard and cheap and the shrimp were hard also it tasted nothing like the first time I was disappointed will not be returning. Also the soft drink machine was dirty black build up where the ice comes out . So nasty ( the Pic from 2nd time could not find a pic from the first time)
Food was over seasoned. It’s always a hit or miss with the seasoning and flavor.Seafood fried extra hard. Fries fried dried and burnt on most, and seemed to be from a previous order.My condo is 3 minutes from the location. There’s no way my food should be cold when delivered. Rant over.The Gonzales location is 1 MILLION times better !Shout out to the young guy that runs this location. The team is impeccable and the quality has been perfected for years.
I didn’t get the extra cheese on the burger. Also, the cheese on the fries wasn’t melted enough. I think it was because I was waiting, which wasn’t a big deal. Id rather wait a few extra minutes so it’s good and hot.It was good. Just would have liked the fries to be hot.
