Good food, but... I could easily tell that my political views were not welcome there... clues...Not a first, but unnecessary tensions make me uncomfortable.I apologize for this review, because I hate talking politics, however... I've had several people go out of their way to warn me against liberal views since I've been here in Louisiana.Which is partly why I don't vote anymore; Too much ignorance, too much hate. Democracy has failed. I accept it for what it is, but I care about people more than money, so I just don't vote. I trust God, I dont really care enough to participate in society anymore ?
The food is good but the older man that takes your order is very rude to a certain demographic..while giving my order, he rushed me along & asked me to "look at the menu" when i asked for the price of something when the price isn't stated. he then told me it would be a 20 mins wait AFTER i had already paid. i noticed that the people in front of me & behind me were not talked to this way. it's a cute little hole in the wall but i did not like the way i was treated in here. it's a certain crowd that frequents this place so i can't say i'm surprised. but just beware of that especially around lunchtime.
Stopped by for a quick hamburger lunch traveling back to Texas from Florida. Hamburgers were delicious. I had bacon cheese burger and tots. Hubby had one of the specialty burgers with jalepenos and fries. The burgers were huge and delicious ! The place was clean and definitely no frills but worth the stop.
Small establishment with some of the best burgers in town. Fresh beef, cooked to order and served hot. Will definitely be back. Great place for a really good burger.
Food is great. That’s the only reason I return because the service is horrible. All the reviews mentioning the man with a bad attitude, poor phone etiquette, and stinginess with condiments is all true.
Love these burgers, but won’t be getting my business because of the rude man that runs the front. He favors Luigi from Super Mario Bro’s. I asked for extra ketchup, and you would have thought it was an act of congress. He looked at me rolled his eyes, and then only gave me two more packs. It’s people like this that ruin an establishment.
My favorite burger place. I don't think they've ever gone up on their prices; costs soo much less than bigger chain burger joints. Burgers are huge n' tasty.
OMG! Burger is huge and absolutely delicious! My new favorite spot for lunch. They close early so no dinners but I think they stay open later one day a week. It's a busy place but I can see why, food is excellent! Parking fills up quick and you have to wait a bit for your food cause they're making it to order, worth the wait. Love this place!
Best burger and onion rings around!!!! The roast beef poboy and sweet potato fries were also great! So glad we found this hidden gem!!!!
Great service, great food, great atmosphere. If you haven't been just go and it will become a favorite place to go!
