Got the jambalaya. It had plenty of sausage and chicken. Flavor was good, not spicy in case you wanted heat. White beans were seasoned well.Some days you just want some Cajun minus the cooking hassle.I didn't see the bread pudding until after I ordered, maybe next time it's that and gumbo.
I don't recommend anything that I got here. Potato salad was completely white. No seasoning or mustard. Should be called partially mashed potatoes. Lasagna had too much cheese and not enough meat. Very bland meat. Corn was ok, but unseasoned. Chicken and sausage gumbo tasted like water and flour. Fried fish tasted like eggs. Crawfish pie was disappointing.
The guy who waited on me today was awesome but the potato salad and red beans and rice was not good at all. The guy at the register deserves five stars but the food gets 0 stars.
Got a plate of jambalaya and redbeans and literally had 1 tiny peace of sausage and tiny piece of (turkey?)Basically a plate full of rice and it was gross. The pasta layaway Mt husband had was good.
The gumbo was ok, but the potato salad was tasteless. Literally bland. Nothing exciting. It was just a big letdown overall. It is just not enough to make was want to return.
Creole at its best. Boudin and jambalaya was exceptional.
The potatoes salad was so bad and tasted like sugar was in it. The Gumbo tasted like it was burnt. So mad want be going back
I was there 9/13/21 between 3:30 and 4 pm. Nasty, nonchalant, and irresponsible workers. My 1st order was not correct. My remade order was handed to another car. The driver inspected the boxes and handed them back to the worker at curbside. The worker walked to my car and attempted to hand it to me. That was nasty before Corona virus... flu, colds, viruses bacteria. Ewww! I had to go inside to get a refund. Don't eat from there! Workers are too young to care about others.
Very good food! Quick once it was ordered. We had 2 gumbos and some etouffee. All good. Tea was good too
Very disappointed. This was my second visit. My first visit was a fantastic experience. I even recommended the restaurant to co-workers. This time the gumbo was horrible; cold, smelly and the rice was in clumbs.
