Ordered a 3 piece combo as I was passing through town. Took order to go and I was given 2 pieces of bread and 2 sauces??
The chicken is good. But when we ordered the tailgating pack, we were charged about $75 more in person than what their website said it was

Very nice people. I came here the day before yesterday and I got 2 caneiacs except I asked for extra toast instead of coleslaw. I came home and saw that there was normal amounts of both so I called them. The man who responded was very nice about it and said that we can come the next day to get another 2 caniacs for free instead of just the toast we missed. I forgot the next day, so I went the day after and they still gave me the 2 caniacs. I’ve been a customer of specifically this canes for a long time and I’ve never had a bad interaction with them.
I'm giving it only 3 stars. The chicken is Delicious but the customer service needs a lot of work as well as the Employees taking the order. The Druscilla location is the Worst. Coursey location is Very good. And the Caniac Card is USELESS
