Sale fresh food during the day & old refried food during night/not so busy hours.. it has made me sick multiple times even during my pregnancy please do better .
It is one of my favorite places to eat, I like the attention they give to the customer, how clean the restaurant is, and how fast the food is delivered.
So we came here May 11th, around 7ish or 8... This is the first and only time we've had a bad experience at a Raising Cane's.. the service was awful, our food tasted horrible as if it was old it was dry and hard... And our order was missing an item... Not sure what they had going on at this location but it's a 5, 10 minute drive from where we live.. don't know if we will be going to location again...
I go to raising cane on a daily basis, in doing so I have noticed a dramatic change in their tenders. I bought a kid's meal for my son today and the two tenders were so small it looked as if they took one tender and cut it in half. Lately their tenders have been very very small. Also I sponsor a Annual Christian Bike Ride.... I use raising cane for our food of choice, ordering 100 to 200 boxes each year, by the rate they are going I will be looking for a different food of choice for our annual bike ride this year.
cost far too much for the quality of the food. the food is not bad but its nothing special and it seems even less special when you think about how much they are making you pay for this mediocre food.
Hot fresh out the fryer chicken, fries, and bread. And do t forget the fresh lemonade. Everything was good
This is the worst canes I’ve been to. First the boy at the register acted as if he didn’t want to take my order. After waiting 10 minutes for my food he acted as if he didn’t want to pass it to me. This place needs a better staff!!!!!??
This location used to be great, but has taken quite a nosedive in recent months. Recently, the server at the drive-thru handed me a box with nothing but 2 pieces of toast in it when I had ordered a Caniac combo. He was clearly not at all paying attention to what he was doing. Thankfully, I noticed it before driving off. The next time we went, all of our drinks were highly diluted & undrinkable. We were not aware of this until after we got home with our food, so we had to throw them away. Once again, no one was paying attention. That same visit, the chicken & the fries were old & chewy. I am getting the impression that the workers there are far more interested in goofing-off in the kitchen instead of providing the quality experience that we had become accustomed to.
Ordered online, was super easy, has a ledge for walking in to grab your order! When I have gone through drive through, staff as you expect at a Canes! Super nice, fast. Give your workers some appreciation, it's rough times.
