You may get one thing one day and the next another thing. Service could be friendlier. Need new straws asap! I couldn’t touch the bottom of my cup because The straws were cut. Also paper based which is hard for snowballs.
The snowballs are always inconsistent. Most times I find a big hard block of ice the size of a tennis ball hidden in the mid-bottom portion of the cup. I rarely give bad reviews, but this has happened so often, I had to warn others. They'll get no more of my business. I'll drive further to Way Cool on Antioch Rd, where the worker are nice & the snowballs are consistent. I hope this helped someone.
I had a terrible experience here. The price I paid for this “hot sausage poboy” is as absurd. I definitely have never experienced this before especially in Louisiana. Hot sausage has to come in a link and for that price it should be the longer links and made with live. This is what I received today and I was told “that’s how it come” so that means this is prepackaged not sure where it came from , but I will not be back. I’m passionate about good experiences and nice food places. I will not be back.
Me and my wife usually love rainbows snowballs but yesterday we got the strawberry shortcake and it literally tasted like nothing they had no flavor Wat so ever it was a bland snowball me and my wife were shocked.
It's always so good! My favorite summer snack shack!! Nachos with chili, cheese and jalapenos plus a medium snowball always hits the spot❤❤❤
They were fast and polite. The snowball WAS glorious!!! The snowball barely made it home.

I have been going to this snowball stand since I was a young child. But my fast few experiences in the last month have been very unpleasant. The workers are very RUDE. One of the workers has a very bad attitude and almost threw my food at me because I asked for extra cream nicely after paying for it. I WILL NEVER VISIT NOR REFER ANYONE HERE ANYMORE!!!!
One of the best snowballs stands in the city there is always a line and it's worth the wait!
