I love Qdoba!!! Everyone that I have introduced to this restaurant loves it too!!! They offer lots of variety on everything and they are very nice and friendly. The restaurant is always clean. They have become my favorite restaurant and I love that. It's kid-friendly. I take my kids and we dine in. Sometimes we take out. I've even tried delivery and I love it because not only do they offer a variety of options but you get a good amount with whatever it is that you order.
If you’re going to eat at this establishment make sure to do it in person so you can have your order marked correctly and completely. If they ruin your order through a delivery app they won’t refund you. They’re the worst.
Tried to place an order online. Online ordering unavailable. Tried to call in. Calling in unavailable and the person on the phone hung up in my face. People got work and don't need to be sitting in a restaurant during the time they should be working
Service was subpar. Staff was far from friendly. Didn't even get to finish saying what I wanted on my bowl before they slid it down to the cashier. Won't return.
The food is great and the employees are very sweet. I always leave a tip for them!
I went to pick up the order that I made online today for lunch.When I walked in I had to wait 10 minutes to pick up an order that should have been ready. No big deal. The employee told me that my order was missing. It was very understandable. He said that he would make me another. The manager on duty told him no and he would have to look it up. The manager told me that my order has already been picked up and the order was closed out. I informed him that had nothing to do with me because I had just arrived and not received any food. He continued to go on about my order was closed out and the order was fixed 30 minutes ago. I wasn’t aware that food has to be picked up at the exact tome that it is ready.That was still not my issue because i didn’t make the mistake. Someone at their establishment did not do their due diligence and verify orders before giving them out.He then said he would help me out and fix my order. He also said that the only reason he was going to fix my order was because it was a single item. I guess if it was multiple orders he would not have.I asked him how that helping me out if I paid for the food and it was their mistake. This was such an embarrassing ordeal and the manager failed to apologize for their mistake and wasting my time.I plan to contact the corporate office as well. I go into this location often and this manager is usually friendly but today I felt as if he was insinuating that I was stealing and it was their fault my order was missing. The people who work there should verify orders before issuing them. The level of rudeness and I professionalism was at an all time high.
I’m not going to call this place great. It was good. Fast Mexican food that is supposed to be healthy.I was greeted and helped right away by the young man and he even made the experience pleasant. The prices are reasonable and portions were awesome. I was even able to park my bike in the area without having to lock it up.Outside eating area was not maintained as much as the dining room.I would definitely go back as they do offer healthy choices and the staff were awesome.

Outstanding, Once upon a pandemic time in the lands of Baton Rouge. 4heros named Sir.Brad,Mike,Kalus, and KT.... really welcomed my family to the enchanting kingdom of QDOBA[By default, next-door(Zoes) could not process my cellphone paymemt wirelessly and lost my business.] It is here.... QDOBA came to the rescue and capitalize! As all ferry tails end...with happy ?full young tummies, we found memories of playfully staff honoring true food traditions. These actions have earned 2 always growing ,faithfully, like Marines, spirits of my 5/8 year old and my personal business.Till next time and as a single father I suggest rewarding all personal with a bonus for honoring my first generation America children, as i have fought for while in Iraq as a Marine. I salute this crew!
Really good food!! Service was fast and polite and prices are good too.
