Great service I love the Nuggets just wish they came in spicy
Sat in line for what seems like enough time for them to hatch the chicken, raise it, then cook it. After putting my order in and eventually getting to the pickup window, the worker was absolutely rude as hell because I couldn't understand half of what she mumbled so I had to ask her to repeat herself. The only thing that saved this review from a 1 star is that they got my order right, for once. First, last, and only time they'll get my business under current staffing.
Great food and usually fresh! Only thing is if you go expect to wait for them to cook it. Set aside 15-30 minutes but it'll be worth it!
Food always comes out good but service is very slow.
It depends on the cook and who's in the drive thru. I thought it was the best Popeyes that I'd been to in Baton Rouge until I went one night on the weekend. My order was wrong and they wanted to argue about it. The food was nasty, according to my friend that ate their food out of hunger. During a weekday afternoon, it's worth the wait in line and the food is picture perfect. My advice is to go in the day for excellent for service or go at night on a weekend for garbage food and service.
Same as other restaurants. Wings and sides are smaller. Price is higher. Still tasty.
This imparticular location is pretty fast. Food is hot and crispy. Love the $20 family meal with a coupon from downloading their App.
service is slow. ordered 2 meals, one with dark meat and one with wings. got 2 with dark meat and no sides. tried again a week later. again got 2 meals with dark meat after asking for one with wings. And sides were very badly made. lumpy mashed potatoes and runny gravy. very disappointed with popeyes. we will try to find another fast food and bypass this one.
I waited for my food and then was hit with my bag when I received it in my car window by a woman who slung it into my car window and then walked off without even a hello. The fries were awful and cold . I didn't feel comfortable going back as I had already had a very busy day and was ready to just go home at that point. I won't return.
The line is long but you'll always get hot food and friendly service.
