Best chicken in fast food in town. The store was clean and the order was correct. Compared to stores in the North, food tastes better here in the South, didn't know the same brand can have different tasting food.
My experience at the establishment was amazing. Food preparation was on-point, service was great, and timing was perfect. The manager at Popeyes, Will, was exceedingly generous and warm hearted. He greeted me, said yes and no sir and cashed me out in a hurry. It was one of the best experiences at a fast food place I ever had.
Food is delicious ? this was my first time eating here and I'm very impressed!! Restaurant is clean and employees are very friendly. Nice lady at register was patient with our group of 9 ordering. (We've been to other restaurants-not a Popeyes, where we feel like a bother simply by choosing to eat there.) I regret not taking a picture, but I had the butterfly shrimp with a side of Mac and cheese. Delicious. Simply delicious!!
Clean and food was very fresh even though the place wasn't busy at all.

I stopped to get a spicy chicken sandwich combo today at this Popeye's. After waiting in line for longer than usual because their drive-thru ordering system was out, I was told they didn't have any sandwiches. I ordered some spicy chicken which was fine but not spicy however they didn't have any diet coke for my drink and when I got home, I realized the red beans and rice cup wasn't even half full and was just some runny sauce and rice. Not the first time I've had issues at a Popeye's. The chain has continued to go downhill over the last decade or so. Still think their spicy chicken sandwich is the best but I won't buy anything else from here on out.
My order was all wrong I called back to the store and spoke with the manager at the time. Her name was Monica, she was very polite and helpful and she fix my order when I returned to the store. We need more customer service like that

Krystal at Popeyes on Oneal lane. Takes care of business. Their service is phenomenal. I’ve never had a complaint. Everything is always on point. This is my favorite Popeyes in Baton Rouge.
