We had horrible experience here! It took them 45 minutes to get our food! We've asked for ketchup and honey and none were put in our order. I would not recommend this location!
It was poor management. I order a $8.99 coupon and when I drove up to pay for my order, I gave $10.00. My order was $9.88. They reach me my order but no change. I ask where is my change and was told that they didn't have any pennies nor dimes to give me my change. The guy ask the manager on duty what should he do give me a quarter or what. She looked at him and told him never mind. You guys need to make sure you have change to give your customer so you what have this again.
No way to pick up orders except the drive thru. Why have a mobile pickup spot if you don't do mobile orders? I had to call the store for them to tell me and the employees just stared out the window while I stood by the door.
So we decided to try Popeyes in Louisiana, thinking it would be good. Well worst experience at Popeyes ever. Appearance and drive thru ran down. The rude employees seemed to have no care for Appearance or manners. Out of half the things we asked for. The macaroni was horrible and the chicken was bland. Overall just don't waste your time it was a waste of money and I disappointed the whole family ?
Went tonight only two people in line ordered a 30$ total missing a large fry no sauces at all chicken is rock hard and my mashed potatoes taste like someone sucked all the moisture out the worse popeyes experience ever I was trying a different location because the Millerville popeyes has such horrible customer service disappointed and seriously over the Popeyes in the Baton Rouge denham area
I like popeyes but this one in particular is not satisfactory. Their short staff made it so we have to order from drive thu. The wait for food was egregiously long and the customer service was not up to standard compared to most popeyes. No offense to the workers individually but if you can't handle dine-in and barely manage drive thu, how can you manage an establishment as a whole.
Always horrible service. Only go here as a last result when I don't want to detour off route, due being extremely tired after work. Always disappointed. Food is never fresh, often dry so I normally just get it for my husband ??♀️
This is by far the worst place to eat, I just can’t make this up. I went here and waited over 30 minutes in the drive up line to only receive old food. Who want to wait in a line for 30+ minutes for old food. On top of that you can see the clowns playing around in the building instead of working. Who are the managers here, can’t be any!! Horrible service is repetitive in BR especially in this section of Sherwood!!
Consistently the slowest fast food in Baton Rouge. Expect to wait 15-20 mins. Order is correct 30% of the time.
I love Popeyes food but this place is crazy. You sit in line for 45 minutes and still don't even get your order right or give you all your food I've been over here on several different occasions and on one occasion my coleslaw was sour do not recommend this place and so sad because they have great food but poor service...
